Tempe calling ✌️

Hello people,

I’ll be relocating to Tempe, AZ soon for work and am currently looking for accommodation in or around the Tempe area.

I’m open to a private room in a shared apartment, joining an existing lease, or finding roommates to get a new place together.

Ideally looking for a clean, safe, and reasonably priced place with a convenient commute.

If anyone has a room available, is looking for a roommate, or knows of any good housing options, please feel free to DM me.

Also, I’d appreciate any recommendations on good neighborhoods or apartments in Tempe.

Thanks in advance!

South Tempe is the most suburban part of Tempe. If you go farther north, you get closer to ASU so there’s lots of student oriented housing and student oriented businesses. Lots of bars and such.

Have to commute to tempe downtown, have no vehicle at present… so wondering north would be a bit far… any suggestions near tempe downtown?

Tempe downtown is on the north end, basically the middle of ASU. There's much better public transport on the north end and about a million apartment complexes. Cost is also relatively steep.

Look along the Light Rail or look up the Tempe Orbit, which is a free shuttle that runs around the north part of Tempe. Anywhere in either route should make your life a lot easier. Your budget is gonna be low unless you find some roommates
