absolutely crazy that I was able to get my hands on this awesome vinyl. This is the Split LP by mink mussel creek and another band named Cease. If anyone has more info about this vinyl or photos I would love to see them!

Okay so this isnt actually a major complaint, the Deadbeat Tour Concert i went to was insane, and one of my highlights from this year and in no way was it bad, it was fucking insane! However i cant help but notice that the deadbeat tour is lackluster compared to kevins older tours/concerts.
Variety
The first complaint/comparison i have is the fact that the deadbeat tour has little to no variety. I 100% understand why Deadbeat is the most played album because well.. Its the Deadbeat Tour but why is Currents nearly overtaking it? Its like 8 Deadbeat Songs and 7 Currents songs. I also do understand Currents is his most popular album but come on man, ALL the other songs played off different albums combined dosent even total up to the amount of Currents songs and i just think its bad personally. If you look at the image i attached, from a concert in Sydney. All the other albums songs played adds up to 6! Not even as much as Currents!! And while Currents is great where the hell is the variety? As i already said having Alot of Deadbeat is completely fine as thats what the tour revolves around, but come on can we atleast have more Innerspeaker and Slow Rush, 1 and 2 songs played from those albums in my opinion is just ridiculous, especially Slow Rush as its actually fairly popular.
Actual Performance
Now this one is less of a rant, obviously Kevin isnt gonna be as insane as he used to be as hes a Father now and has a family, and alot of other things going on. But i cant help but notice that the older performances of songs like Apocalypse Dreams were 10x more insane. Anyway im not gonna go into this one too much and i do understand why its not as insane so its not really a complaint more of just a observation.
And thats about it. Idk if its alot to you guys, it might not be. But i just find it crazy how non-diverse the Deadbeat Tour is. Hardly any older songs get played and its actually pretty sad. But id love to know you guys opinions on all this! This post has no hate to Kevin as i adore the man, Lonerism changed my live, its simply just some observations i made from looking a Older Tours/Concerts to Now. Thats all!

i know the 2026 leg is over, i went to both perth shows, both seating section. i don’t listen to ninajirachi but i like ipod touch.
n2 there was a group of 2 couples sitting infront of me having a FULL ON CONVERSATION during her set. the girls hair was touching my leg so i tapped her on the shoulder to let her know she was being disruptful.
not expecting everyone to be jumping or know the lyrics but let’s be respectful to the support acts + the people around you :)

I’m a British guy travelling until the end of the year. I first saw Kevin in Exeter, UK, in 2016 at radio 1’s big weekend when he was pretty much the lowest on the bill.
Been following ever since and felt very lucky to be there last night, went with a Perth local who has loved him forever and never managed to get a ticket which made it extra special
I’m a gig/festival veteran and that’s one of the best all round shows I’ve ever seen. The sound/light/energy combination was unreal, hope everyone else that got tickets to the tour enjoyed it as much as us.
