Instead of the water cooling and coating the burn cutting it off from oxygen, the water evaporates wich also means it’s rapidly expanding in turn pushing the burning fat out of the way, suddenly you got a cloud of burning fat flying everywhere wich suddenly has a way larger surface area to interact with oxygen wich imidiatly starts burning and turns into a huge fire ball landing everywhere.
And definitely dont let oil boil in a 5 ft steel tube in a fire and then pour ice cubes down it with a very long homemade stick-with-a-pot attached to it.
Wow I had to watch it a couple times to see all the things going on. Apparently pours water in very hot oil which causes oil and water to spatter onto midriff and floor, causing burns, oil spashes out onto burner and ignites in fireball, then as fire dies down she approaches and slips on oil. I wonder if I missed anything else.
Going frame by frame picked up some more things. The pink handle on right bounces up from house floor impact when she hits ground. Halter top has skeleton hands holding chest. Underwear band says "religion". It's a bunch of solids that come out of dish at end that causes the oil to splash to burner. Perfect shocked pikachu face when fireball appears. Unresolved mystery is why smiling in second half.

Ugh this reminds me of a friend of my great grandmother. She was frying chicken and slipped. She hit her hand on the skillet it fell on the floor. Some of the oil got on her body and face. Somehow I guess she fell trying to get up and fell on top of the skillet. Burned a hole around her abdomen.
