Tammuz IPs in Australia
We are based in Australia and reached a deadlock with Tammuz. Any IPs in Australia currently seeking legal action against Tammuz? Just looking for advice on how to navigate this. Thanks

My husband and I are desperately seeking an altruistic gestational carrier. We live in central Indiana. We simply cannot afford the $100k to go through an agency. We had a family friend who went through the paperwork, the tests, the shots, everything until the one embryo we had died on the day of transplant. We are creating new embryos in November, but she is no longer available to try again, as we expected to have the baby by now. This would be our one and only child and we really need a miracle to find someone to carry for us.

I am a 38YO F and husband 40YO M. Canadian. We have been together 20+ years and have a son conceived spontaneously when I was 30 (now 8 years old). We began trying for second child 5 years ago and did IVF eventually with good success of euploid embryos, but through this process I cannot carry a further pregnancy. We then got onto many surrogacy lists in Canada and have been looking independently as well, but have not found a match. We are interested in some suggestions of what options could be next for us. In terms of what we are looking for - we would like to find a surrogacy match in Canada and consider international options. Good fits for us would be places allowing us to ship our embryos and with wait times to match of under a year. We are not wealthy but comfortable- cost is a consideration. We would consider our surrogate a precious gift, but respect their body and are quite easy going about how the process unfolds in terms of how involved they would want to be or want us in the appointments etc. We asked for feedback from the agencies and they told us that we are not typically what surrogates or looking for because we are heterosexual and have one biologic child already. Anyways interested in opinions on what may be a good next step. Thanks for reading this far.

Matching with a surrogate is a major milestone. But what happens next at the fertility clinic? For many intended parents, the medical side of surrogacy can feel like a series of decisions happening behind the scenes.
From preparing embryos to navigating transfer and early pregnancy, understanding what the clinic evaluates and decides is an important part of preparing for the journey.
Together with Global Fertility & Genetics, Pineapple Family is co-hosting hosting a free webinar on Thursday, November 5, with Dr. Melvin Thornton, Reproductive Endocrinologist & Fertility Specialist to walk through the medical side of a surrogacy journey.
He'll be covering topics like:
There will also be a live Q&A, and questions can be submitted anonymously.
It's Thursday, November 5, at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET. Registration is free, and both intended parents and gestational carriers are welcome.
DISCLOSURE: I'm a co-founder of Pineapple Family, which is hosting this webinar. This is an educational session, not medical advice. Medical decisions should be discussed with your treating fertility clinic.

The appointments, the physical demands, the conversations at home, the emotions along the way. Intended parents may not see every part of a surrogate’s experience.
What’s one thing you wish they understood better?

I'm currently going through a surrogacy process with Tammuz Family, and unfortunately, I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them.
A lot of intended parents have been affected by the way this agency operates, and their reputation has become increasingly negative among intended parents around the world.
Now it seems Tammuz Family is trying to rebrand itself under the names Surrogacy Plus, calling itself "The World's Largest Boutique Surrogacy Agency", and Aurum Health Global.
I just want to warn others who might be considering working with them. Based on my own experience, I would strongly advise against it. I simply don't consider them a trustworthy agency.
Changing the name doesn't change how an agency operates.

Hello,
I am 28 years old in Kentucky looking to be a surrogate. I have a four year old boy and pregnancy and labor were a breeze for me. I would like to continue working through my pregnancy as I am a single mother and the money I make from this beautiful experience would go to furthering my education and paying off debt. I am 5’4 190lbs so my BMI is a little high but I’m losing weight every day. Thank you for your time,
Savannah

Y'all after 2 failed transfers(one failed, one biochemical), and an ERA test, I think this little guy finally stuck! Tomorrow I will be 12dpt and mentally trying my best to not be too ambitious about the HCG number I want.
Can I hear about some other HCG tests , numbers, and how pregnancy is going/went?
Can't wait for the news, and to bring the IPs a healthy baby boy.

This is one of the first questions almost everyone asks, and it deserves an honest answer, broken down stage by stage, rather than a single number.
The longest stretch is usually before you’re even matched: consultation and intake, creating embryos if needed, application, medical records review, and onboarding (psychological evaluation, background check, home visit, insurance verification). This phase often runs a few months, mostly because it depends on how quickly outside providers respond, not anything within your control.
Once onboarding clears, matching happens, followed by fertility clinic medical screening (4 to 8 weeks) and legal contracts (3 to 8 weeks), which often run at the same time. Medications and embryo transfer take about another month. Then pregnancy proceeds like any pregnancy, about 9 months.
Add it up and most journeys run somewhere in the range of a year to a year and a half, though individual circumstances (existing embryos, a failed transfer, narrow preferences) shift that meaningfully in either direction.
Full disclosure: we’re Family Inceptions, a surrogacy agency. Not here to promote anything, just answering a question we get all the time. Mods, feel free to remove if this isn’t the right fit for the sub.

Hello everyone! ❤️
I'm from Nigeria, and I live in Nigeria, I'm interested in becoming a surrogate mother. I've been going through posts here and noticed that most of the intended parents I see are from the US.
I'm wondering if there are intended parents who are open to working with a surrogate from Nigeria, or if anyone knows of trusted agencies or fertility clinics that can help with international surrogacy.
I'm genuinely interested in this journey and would love to connect with people who have experience or can guide me on how to get started safely.
If you're an intended parent, a surrogate, or someone familiar with the process, I'd really appreciate your advice and personal experiences.
Thank you! ❤️

Hi!
If an agency package costs X, what safety margin or financial buffer should we realistically have in our back pocket for unexpected expenses (like extra tests or longer stays abroad)?
Is 10% enough or should we be aiming closer to 25-30% to feel safe?

If your baby is due soon and your parents believe surrogacy is against God’s will, how would you handle it? Would you keep trying to get their acceptance or stop explaining yourself?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a surrogate and would like any tips or tricks.
First off, I don’t want to carry myself because I worked very hard in getting a routine with exercise and work and I can’t disturb this rhythm for my own mental health.
With that in mind, it’s really important for me to find a surrogate who is more than just a baby carrier. I really don’t like the thought of feeding, dirty diapers, or cleaning spit up. I’m a doctor and already saw enough of that at during residency. I do really want a kid though.
So essentially has anyone seen an arrangement where the surrogate stays to help with nursing and development, like beyond a year? I’m 30f. Budget is not a concern, and if it matters, I’m in California.

Hi everyone!
I'm a hopeful gay single dad-to-be in my late 30s, living in the tri-state area, looking for someone special who might be interested in helping me become a father.
A little about me: I work in a field centered around people, relationships, and emotional well-being. I've always been someone who values close relationships, meaningful conversations, laughter, and showing up for the people I love. I have a wonderful circle of family and friends, a full life, and a lot of love that I'm really looking forward to sharing with a child. Becoming a dad has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it's both exciting and a little surreal to feel like it might finally be within reach.
I've completed IVF and have healthy, PGT-A tested embryos ready to go! I'm working with an established fertility clinic in the Northeast and an experienced surrogacy agency. Everything is in place on my end, and I'm ready to move forward when I find the right person.
A little about who I'm hoping to find:
Compensation is $70,000 base, plus additional benefits and reimbursements. Everything would be coordinated through my agency, with independent legal representation and support throughout the journey.
Beyond the practical details, I'm really hoping to find someone I connect with as a person. I know this is an enormous thing to ask of someone, and I have so much respect for the generosity, time, and commitment involved.
I'd love for this to be more than just appointments, contracts, and logistics. I'm hoping for a relationship where we can be ourselves, laugh together, communicate openly, and feel comfortable and supported throughout the experience. I want you to feel that your well-being, your family, and your experience matter just as much as the outcome.
And if it feels right for both of us, I'd love for that connection to continue beyond the pregnancy, too. Not as an expectation or obligation, but simply because we've shared something incredibly meaningful. I think it would be lovely for my future child to know the person who helped bring them into the world.
I'm looking for someone kind, thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely ready for this journey. Someone who feels good about the decision she's making and wants to approach it with openness, care, and mutual respect.
If any of this resonates with you, or you know someone who might be a good fit, I'd really love to hear from you. Please feel free to send me a private message.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. It means more than you know. 🤍

Hi all, My husband and I are looking for a gestational surrogate after two unsuccessful transfers with our previous carrier. We’re working with an agency that would handle all the details, but we’re hoping to find a match here.
We’re both very laid-back, easy to communicate with, and excited to become dads. We’d love to connect with someone who’s ready to start the process soon. We’re offering $80,000 in compensation.
If you’re interested, please message me

Hi everyone! ❤️
We’re exploring our options for surrogacy abroad and one thing we’re trying to understand better is the process of transporting frozen embryos from one country to another.
For those of you who have gone through this how complicated was the process? Did you arrange everything through your current clinic your destination clinic or a specialized transport company?
We’re also wondering how clinics coordinate with each other during the transfer. Were there any specific requirements or complications that caught you off guard? And how did you make sure the embryos were handled safely throughout the journey?
Would really appreciate hearing your experiences and any advice you can share! ❤️

With my due date approaching in December. I’m looking for an agency with parents who are wanting a June transfer. I’m currently a surrogate and was hoping my base comp to be a little higher 95-110k. Would any agency have parents that are seeking June transfers? Please inbox me!

I’m 32 year old with 5 kids and recently took in my brother. My oldest is 14 and my youngest is 3, brother is 15. I have the sole provider for all 6 kids. I work full time , and I do get some help here and there from the state. Recently I’ve been going through a lot of term oil feeling as if I’m still doing the bare minimum, and yes all my bills are paid and all of my children are well taken care of. But there’s always this little voice inside my head saying I should be doing more. I’ve been doing this in my own for over a year and yet it always feel like I’m failing at life. I want to be able to do more for my kids like travel and even take time to go to school or take trips for myself. I’d love to put them in sports or even extracurricular, activities like dance or karate .I’ve always wanted to be a surrogate but you lit have to jump through hoops. I figures it could be a way to finically set my children and myself up in was im not able to now with all the responsibilities I have. i can bring joy to a family while stabilizing my future and that if my children. Im located in connecticut. I have my own vehicle and I’ve heard of many people looking to try to privately do surrogacy outside of agencies as well. I’m willing to undergo any medical necessity whether it be testing or OB/GYN clearances. I’ve carried four full pregnancy term with no miscarriage. I have a set of twins that’s why it only 4, with five children. I’ve never had an abortion and I’ve always carried to term never had a C-section. I was able to vaginally birth, both of my twins. I’ve never had any underlining health issues. I’m not a smoker. I’m just a single mom looking for a way to provide for myself and the people that depend on me so it doesn’t seem like I’m always doing the bare minimum. If there’s anyone out there who is interested in trying to work out some kind of contractor agreement so that we could both get the things that we want and need. Please feel free to reach out.
