Why dont they just Could this work as a future fully reusable lunar mission architecture?
- Starship P (tanker) launches into LEO then get refuled by other tankers
- Starship L (normal crew or cargo, not hls) launches into LEO then gets refueled by starship P
- Starship P gets refueled again then docks nose to nose with Starship L
- Starship P turns on its engines for tli then separates from Starship L which is still fully fueled
- Starship L captures into LLO
- Starship P aerobrakes then lands back at a tower
- Starship L lands on the moon on a prepared landing pad, if it has cargo it drops off it's cargo
- Starship L lifts off from the moon into LLO then goes back to earth
- Starship L aerobrakes then gets caught at a tower

Your Flair Here What if Elon musk created a private military corporation out of his cutting edge technology more powerful than all of US military?
.
Well, let's say he has 15 SSBNs (ballistic missile submarines) with shrimp sonar cross section, 30 5th-generation aircraft/jets with 'bee' RCS (radar cross-section), a 15k-man commando force with exoskeletons, 5 drone motherships, 90 stealth helicopters, and 100 heavy tanks. And rich Gulf states ,..., countries without credible defense) started paying for his services .
Say $15 Billion deal for musk to protect let's say Saudi Arabia.
Then he could even protect Europe from Russia. I don't know how Congress would react.
If we run math if each SSBN is 3 billion usd then it cost 50 billion then 5th gen is 2 billion usd smat approx 50 million usd per unit and, ..., 15k commandos at 150k a year is 2 billion usd . We run the math with multiple deals he can pay it all back fast .
