Open box clearance deal from Best buy missed on getting it shipped shopping for other stuff

So I received this lens and in a nutshell, the actual focusing part of it doesn’t work. It focuses when it’s zoomed to 28mm, but nothing else. (Manual and auto focus both don’t do anything.) Also, the camera settings say the lens is not supported. The connecting points seem to look totally fine and i tried cleaning those already. i also notice how the front of the lens doesn’t have the (frame?) around it and i’m wondering if that happens to make any difference. But anyways, does anyone have advice on what could be wrong/need fixed and possibly how much that could cost, or is it a lost cause? thanks!

As the title says, the earbuds have an IPx4 rating while the case does not. That said, when working out, the buds sometimes become sweaty and a quick wipe often does not cover everything. Will returning it with slight moisture back to the case cause problems?

I bought a replacement wheel on AliExpress thinking that was the problem, but the issue persists. All the buttons work, but not correctly. For example, if I want to scroll right, pressing the corresponding button moves the wheel up. I've only opened the camera up to this point. Do I need to check any other flex cables deeper inside?

so i already have the huawei freeclip 2 (open ear earphones)and it’s really nice. and i want to get something for my father as well. whole scrolling through amazon, i saw that sony also has similar earphones with similar price point as the huawei.

i just want to know how are they really different from each other. maybe sony is better…?

Hı, today I was shooting a waterfal with my Sony a6300 with 16-50mm kitlens and when I came home my viewfinder doesn't working. when I shoot in front of waterfall water sprayed to my camera (not too much like maximum 15 second) only the lens little bit get wet (it has UVC filter on) after that I wiped it with my tshirt. I look for IR led with my phones camera and It looks like fainted compared to other images that I took how can I solve this problem is there any solutions?

I have already created a profile. The apps available for optimization are literally ones that aren't available in my country, so I can't subscribe to them. Is it possible to just manually activate the feature so it would work anywhere? I understand it's gonna be virtualized -- i.e. not proper 360 audio -- but I'd rather have that option than nothing. Apple & Microsoft allow it. Does Sony?

Or is this just not available at all to manually turn on? And the feature is essentially vaporware, since, let's be real, no studio is even mixing for this format anymore. Everyone's moved to Dolby Atmos. Even Sony's own record labels!

Sony's 'faulty product' refund policy is a complete lie. I've been filibustered for days, only for the chat to 'experience an error' every time I talk to someone. I finally made some progress, and received an email that I won't be receiving a refund because it's been more than 14 days. Which is a complete lie. After trying to get a status update, I'm told there's an 'error' or that I'm being directed to a live agent. You guessed it, no live agent in sight.

I recently picked up a pair of LinkBuds S, but I noticed a transparency mode during calls, which I later learned is called sidetone. Unfortunately, there is no option to disable this in the app settings.

It's extremely frustrating because if I'm outside near a road, I can barely hear the other person over the background noise that sidetone feeds in. If it's windy, all I hear is the wind. How do I turn this off? And side note: what kind of design choice is this? It's genuinely terrible for outdoor calls. I have to put my headphones back or turn the volume up till it hurts my ears.

Hello, so... I have this Cyber-shot DSC-W5 that I found among some old stuff in my house. I fixed it and started taking some photos, but yesterday it started having problems turning on. Sometimes it turns on, but most of the time it doesn't. The only thing it does is blink the power button light.

Does anyone know what I can do? I've already cleaned the corrosion in the battery compartment.

PLEASE HELP, I LOVE THIS CAMERA.
