I was rewatching Dexter, currently on season 5 Ep. 1 in my rewatch. Anyone else feel the funeral home scene really reminds them of Six Feet Under? I know this is a stupid observation, but I genuinely just flashed back to Six Feet Under when I was watching this. I also thought of Nate during that episode, when Dexter is in the bathroom after he kills the guy, he stares into the mirror and I got intense Nate Fisher flashbacks.

Anyway, sorry if this is terrible. Thought I’d show my allegiance to both shows.

I am watching this show for the first time and just finished these two episodes and god damn. That’s My Dog had me at the edge of my seat and made me feel so god damn bad for David. It was even worse when in the following episode he refused to tell anyone what happened. Until he broke down to Claire in that amazing scene. What an amazing two episodes definitely won’t rewatch That’s My Dog since it’s a hard watch, but still an amazing episode nonetheless.
