I want to build an app for trans men, covering from trying to conceive till the end of the 4th trimester.

I have a 4yo that I had (just about) pre-transition. I didn't enjoy all the heavily gendered stuff back then, and now it's just alienating.

I work in tech and I can make it happen - before I start, any and all wishes and comments most welcome.

Please share with me whatwver comes to mind! What you'd like, what you wouldn't like, and if you'd be up for testing when the app is ready.

(I want to make it completely free to all and with no ads. I will base it on the UK guidance to start with (version 1) and see how I can do localisation to other places as we go).

Went with my child to get our Covid and Flu boosters today..same office we’ve gone to since he was born. Different desk person today than usual. My name has been legally changed our last three or so appointments. I get mom’ed sometimes but they’re usually pretty good about my name and pronouns. This is woman dead named me and repeatedly (loudly) asked me to confirm that the name on my paperwork was my legal name, after looking at both my ID and our insurance cards. Called me maam, called my long haired son my daughter, and had me write down my dead name on my paperwork before she would sign us in?? It just felt like a humiliation ritual and i definitely plan to file a complaint after I’ve calmed down a bit.

Kiddo did great with his shots and we got popsicles after.
