FB03 alternative?

I am new to SAP (not S/4HANA). One of my tasks is to go through a list of document numbers for invoices with payment block R and determine whether each one is blocked for a Price or Quantity mismatch. The lists often have 100 or more documents.

Right now I do it one at a time: copy the document number > FB03 > Environment > Document Changes > Original Document. This is too slow for the volume.

Is there another t-code or report where I can enter a range (such as a posting date range or document number range) or pull all R-blocked items and get an exportable list with a column showing the block reason, so I can match it in Excel?

My access is limited, and I do not have MRBR or SE16N. Please suggest as many options as possible, including ones that use tables or other standard reports, since I will need to check which ones I am authorized for.

Thank you.

ough fb03 a hundred times

if they're slow or annoying about it, try fbl1n with a dynamic selection on the payment block, then export to excel. not as clean as a proper report but way faster than what you're doing now

Thanks, I’ll try that. However, I will only see the block type, correct? My invoices are all R-blocked, and I need to know whether each is a price or quantity mismatch, which I currently get from the Original Document in FB03. Is there a field or report in FBL1N or elsewhere that shows that?

This sounds like you require a BI report. Ask your BI team maybe there is already a report that can do what you need

You could try the vendor or customer line items screens FBL1N or FBL5N. This may depend on what dynamic selections or search result fields are available

No, but I will check if someone in the higher management have one. Can I extract the information there?

If you want to do your job properly, you need appropriate access, like a display only access to MRBR. Talk to your security or basis team.
