DIAGNOSED for both h. pylori and ascariasis!!

I was diagnosed with both of these. And I am shocked. It's my first time being diagnosed with a gut problem.

Is this common in rwanda?

The h. pylori could have been there for a long time. This is by far the most dangerous as it could cause ulcer. This could have been proliferated by the lack of diversity of foods in my diet. It can also be transmitted by kissing?? wtf???

I am not much worried about ascariasis. I believe i got this because I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables.

I have a question regarding this: What hygeine precautions do you follow for eating raw fruits and vegetables? Should I be worried about the cleaniness of the tap water for washing cooking utensils? And should I take extra measures in separating outdoor shoes from what I wear inside to avoid transmission through infected soil?

I was planning to travel to Uganda at the end of December, but due to the Ebola restrictions, I changed my plans and decided to travel to Kenya instead. I’d like to know whether the entry procedures are similar to those for Uganda. As a foreign student, I didn’t experience any difficulties traveling from Rwanda to Uganda using my student visa.

I’m planning to travel by bus, so I’d also appreciate it if you could describe your experience traveling by bus from Rwanda to Kenya through Tanzania, including the procedures you had to follow. Please bear in mind that I’m Sudanese, from North Sudan not South Sudan.
