Before we get to the good stuff and why you’re here, there are some basics to go over and I’ll start with a big one for me personally that I’m well aware may lose most of the audience. It’s also the subject of today’s post and one I hope you’ll find interest in. Psssssst it’s not Star Wars/Star Trek/anything space related. The C word. No, NOT THAT ONE. We can’t say bad words here and you think THAT one is okay?! Silly goose. It’ll make sense in a couple seconds if you’re lost.

- The way my self diagnosed autistic bum works when it comes to RP’ing is this….. If I don’t have a solid image or GIF of how our characters look and move, ma’ brain shuts down along with any care for them. Blue screens. Blank stare. Rainbow of death on a Mac. Alt F4, I’m done. 3D animation? Nope. Drawings? Nope. So…. No OC’s? Got a reference image? No, I only do OC art. I’m sorry for wasting your time but I can promise we’re not going to work out. (Cheesy breakup music here) It’s not you it’s me now don’t, (sniffle) don’t make this any harder than it has to be now get!…… You’re, still here and interested? Hekin ya.

- If only there were some sort of like, search engine or something where images of people were easy to find. And like, varieties of what they were wearing. Almost, almost like it was this persons CAREER or something to be in the public eye… Like those, moving picture things…

- Okay enough with the vague posting, that even hurt me to write.

I’m here today looking for someone who would be willing and open to write a long term story in the world of the celebrity space. Where will this take us? I’ve always been a fan of starting in one of two places….

The first being from nobody to the body. It gives us all the moments from background character on Law And Order or gas station commercial you see when pumping to working on finishing your EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony). From waitress or basic 9-5 job here to certified superstar. From a one bedroom apartment or living at home to wondering which house to spend our vacation at. From zero to hero, you get the idea.

The other isn’t my favorite but I’d be lying if I said there was no interest. You’re already a household name and you find yourself falling head over heels for someone not even in the same tax bracket.

I’m not against my character being in the industry either.

It won’t all be sunshine and rainbows. There will be opportunities lost, friends lost, scandals, creepy fans, crashing out, and so on. All the stuff that makes any story like this feel fulfilling.

Now let’s get to my writing style.

- First or third is fine by me.

- I have no YOU MUST write this much but please be able to at the very least put one paragraph together. Sometimes, often honestly, seven paragraphs simply aren’t needed every single time. If and on the very rare occasion if nothing comes to mind I’ll get a few sentences your way in order to move our story forward instead of holding us up.

- I’m an adult. You’re an adult. We have stuff to do outside of what we may create so please do take your time however if you vanish for weeks on end that’s where I draw my line. Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours. Hope I’m not sounding mean but, ya.

Ever since I picked up a controller and played this game for the first time, I've been hooked! I've been looking to do an rp set in the same universe. Let's get into it.

I'm not looking to replace anyone!

I'm Bubbles, I am 25F and from the UK. My timezone is GMT but I am happy writing with other timezones. I write 2+ paragraphs every post would prefer we didn't write oneliners. I’ve really been wanting to do a realistic, everyday roleplay with someone who is comfortable with medical conditions and disabilities.

I have quite a few medical issues, and sometimes I use a feeding tube and supplemental oxygen through a nasal cannula. I’d love to explore what everyday life looks like with these things as part of the story, without having my character’s medical needs become their entire personality.

I’m looking for someone who is understanding, patient, and comfortable including realistic medical situations in our roleplay. That could mean appointments, hospital visits, helping with daily routines, dealing with symptoms, or just hanging out at home while I’m having a rough day. Sometimes, it might be something as simple as watching a movie together while I have my oxygen on or helping me manage my feeding tube.

I want the medical stuff to feel normal, not awkward or like a burden. I don’t want to feel like I have to hide those parts of my character or constantly explain why they need extra support.

You can play pretty much anyone! My mom, dad, sister, brother, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, roommate, caregiver, or even an entire family. I’m open to different dynamics and seeing where the story goes!

Right off the bat, I want to say that I'm a 28 year old woman from the UK (a matching timezone is obviously not required but it's always nice) and I'm seeking partners (21+ please) of any gender who are willing to play a main male character.

What to expect from me:

• OOC chatter, overarching plotter, exchanging little scene ideas for characters, making Pinterest boards/playlists for my characters when time allows!

Modern:

New Teacher (f, early 20s) x Old Teacher (m, late 30s-late 40s) - strongly suggest knowing about British secondary schools here. As someone familiar to working in education, I love the idea of this optimistic hopeful entering the world of teaching (a ray of sunshine) being met with the harsh realities of the job. Another teacher in her department is incredibly jaded by the education system. Maybe he's a recent divorcee maybe. Though he finds it within himself to take this new teacher under his wing - and soon there's a tension between them that there definitely shouldn't be.

Medieval:

I'll split this into three strands:

• Exploring a precarious relationship within a noble household, such as a serving member of the household or lady in waiting becoming involved with the Lord of the manor.
• Exploring something to do with faith and subverting ideas. Like a parish priest who hears the secrets of a married noblewoman. Or a priest and a woman accused of witchcraft.
• Exploring female power at this time - such as a widowed noblewoman who is trying to hold onto her new wealth and power and has to play a complicated game of chess.

Regency:

I have two quite similar ideas for this trope, one involves the FMC having her engagement suddenly broken off and it be the centre of rumours about her virtue as a result, and another about her being not finding her place in the marriage market and having to become a governess. I see her paired with an older regency gentleman, and it'll be very Austen!

Early 20th Century:

First World War. Field hospital, North-West France. A stubborn young surgeon (late 20s/early 30s) from a humble background whose pulled himself up through the ranks meets a new upper-class voluntary nurse (early 20s) who is on the run from her past. Neither understand the other, and quite frankly annoy each other greatly - until their lips crash together post-argument, that is.

Fandom:

There's not many of these, and they're long shots!

Part of me will always be looking for someone to play the 10th Doctor against another OC, a Welsh primary school teacher. I have loads of 'episode ideas'.

Hey all! I'm on the lookout for a long term roleplay partner. While writing in a fandom appeals to me more, I won't mind creating our own setting either. Both sound quite fun to me!

Ok so a little about what I'm looking for. The main thing is that since I am in my mid twenties, I would like to write with someone that is at least 21 or older. I tend to write quite a lot, think multiple paragraphs, so I would like my partner to be in the advanced literate/novella range as well. I am a big fan of OOC chatter and could talk about the plot or any thing else all day long lol, although I do tend to take my time while writing. Refrain from using Artificial Writing! -this should be self-explanatory. I am not willing to write with someone who let's a program generate their responses. Either take your time and put some dedication in your writing or please stick to something else to rp with. I myself am struggling with English sometimes and still won't make use of it, so there is no need for you either.

We either double or we go home! Look, I've read through multiple adds already and I am kinda proud to call myself someone who can invest herself in both sides of the story, and I'll do it gladly with shimmering sparkles shooting from my eyes. Whatever your character needs will play an important role for me during writing. I am no one who tries to overshadow your needs or demand to only pay attention to my side. I am curious enough to hear you out. I can easily hop onboard the hype train, providing feedback, discussing topics and memorizing facts that might be important to you. You want to flesh out your character by interacting with as many characters as possible, consider it done. Can't decide for a main love interest, let's find out by having more than one option. Can't figure out your character's goals or what their role is supposed to be, then let's make room for as many possibilities as possible. I will gladly do all of that if you are willing to do the same for me, nothing more nothing less.

Forget about your Mary Sue's, we are going down the realistic path! Naturally, this only affect you if you are wanting to write an OC, but of course also if you mainly want to stick to CCs. Please keep in mind that a character should have flaws, nobody after all is perfect. I am not looking for a world that offers only the most easiest solutions and characters that always win the fight. Authenticity is the key. Allow your character to be realistic with their intentions and decisions and try to find a balance that brings out their good as well as their bad sides. Character sheets are a must, but you don't have to write a whole essay. I love some small details and a good background that gives me an idea of how your character works.

Romance is a requirement, but not the focus of the story! You got me. I can't live with my heartwrenching romance, with all the ups and downs. I love to explore any form of romantic trope, but most importantly would be a bond that develops naturally over a longer period of time. Huge bonus points if we can stick to different tropes for our chosen pairings. I am, however, not solely looking for love quarrels and relationship drama as a main plot point, that's a "no thanks" for me. It's important to me that the focus will remain on the story and its development like 90% of the time.

You can leave the plotting to me, but not the whole creative contribution! Although I prefer plotting together, since I wouldn't want to give you the feeling of excluding your ideas or suggestions, I could handle coming up with most of the plot and twists on my own. But don't expect me to always take the lead when it comes to writing the whole thing out. I wouldn't want to drag someone behind me all the time and initiating every single conversation, developement or hardship. Be engaged, bold and passionate enough to come up with something on your own. Let's be a team to make the writing enjoyable and fun for the two of us.

Without good chemistry, we won't match! It starts with exposing yourself by asking questions that had been already answered in my add. Look, I am trying to be as specific as possible, not to exclude people, but rather to find the right people who are actually looking for the same thing. I indeed want you to put effort into this, but I also crave lots of fun while writing and talking about all the silly ideas that come to mind. I can put together a playlist for our favorite pairings and still discuss in depth the next complex arc we can challenge our characters with. Yes, this is indeed just a hobby to me but it just isn't as fulfilling if I can't pour my heart into it. Tried it before and it just isn't my thing. So I'll be as honest and as gentle as possible when I tell you that it all comes down to how well we get along in the end.

I adore the Genshin Lore (at least the bits that really managed to capture my interest) and a few of the theories that plopped up during the time, where we didn’t have the knowledge, we have nowadays. It is no requirement to know the Lore by heart, rather I’d love to write with someone who loves to get creative with me, taking bits of the existing Lore and forming it into our own unique thing. I am always open to your suggestions as well as your very own ideas of improving a storyline. There is lots to make use of in the Genshinverse after all. I've written down some of the storylines I'd love to develope and discover further. It would be such a waste to me to just sit on them forever and not having someone to explore them with.

Dystopian/Adventure:

Imagine a setting with a tainted magic that spreads like a disease through all of Teyvat. I love to explore a setting, where all of the regions heavily distrust each other. The Archons visibly exploiting their high positions, the Fatui being the ones who secretly try to stabilize the world, earning nothing but hatred for their good deeds, Visions actually being a curse instead of a blessing (which makes it even more interesting to figure out their origins). I could imagine the traveler (either Aether or Lumine) playing a huge role as the one who gets to decide if the world deserves to continue exisiting as it is or has to cease to exist entirely.

Mystery/Comedy:

Always loved the idea of thinking about the Genshin cast in the modern world. What would their lifes look like? Would they be employed, freelancing, criminals? The list goes on.

I gotta say, I am in love with the whole Inazuma cast/region, that’s why my idea revolves around Beidou owning a cruise ship that actually takes its route through the various islands of Inazuma, discovering its mysterious which are mainly made up stories to gain some good ol money from the tourists who board the ship. The twist is that there are some real mysteries going on that only get noticed by our chosen protagonists. It’s kinda supposed to be given Gruncle Stan (Gravity Falls) who is advertising his mystery shack, while all the real mysteries are existing freely around him. I would leave lots of room for comedy with this one, since it just fits the bill. Also I would love to add some angsty moments, including some frightening Japanese mythology, ghosts, creatures, riddles and being stuck in a loop at some point maybe?

Supernatural/Mystery:

Always felt the need to explore parallel worlds, actual time traveling and overlapping timelines in Teyvat (since the latter one has been proven to be possible in Genshin). I feel that an adventure through the various nations of Teyvat could be more than fitting for this one. The deserts of Sumeru might be the perfect stage for ancient mysteries and riddles that transcend time (and could also be our starting point of the journey).

It might be fun to get most of the Sumeru Cast involved in this one, given that we have lots of scholars that might consider a journey through the deserts for their own goals. I could see our characters either being scholars of the academy themselves or even being from a whole different timeline and currently being stuck and trying to solve their very own riddle by looking for a way to returning home safely.

Dispatch AU / The Walking Dead AU / Alice in Wonderland AU:

Requires knowledge of the mentioned Fandoms. Probably my most anticipated AU's, where we could indulge ourselves in and discuss all the various options, beginning with which character might fit which role best. I love these type of discussions the most. Imagine how fun it could be to decide which Genshin character would make a good Dispatcher and which one a potential superhero or even villain? The many possibilities of the utterly disaster some of the Genshin cast had to went through in a world that is dominated by deadly zombies, especially the teams that formed during that time could be quite the intersting topic to delve into. I gotta say, that I always wanted to cook something good up with the story of Alice in mind, whether it be some Alice vs. Queen of Hearts showdown or something entirely else. I am just waiting for someone to give me a reason to come up with something fitting tbh.

So Im currently watching the Traitors and now can't leave it alone. I'd love to write something set in the castle with two OCs. The bit I keep coming back to is liking someone and also not being able to rule out that they're the reason your friend didn't turn up to breakfast. Hello! 25+ F looking for active long-term partners (who must be over 21) so we can build a story together. I'd love to find someone who is also a friend and not just a roleplay partner, I feel like it really helps with the plotting process. My writing style is third person and past tense, multi-para to novella. I can mirror my partner's style, but I prefer getting into details and setting up the scene.

Hey, I’m Reagan, I’m 21F and I’ve been roleplaying online since the 6th grade, so nearly a decade. I’ve really been craving a new fantasy RP and I’m pretty obsessed with the D&D world, Forgotten Realms.
I just love the lore, the sandbox it provides, etc., so I have a bunch of different plots for that specific setting if anyone is interested!
My message length is pretty variable depending on what’s going on in the story, but it’s rarely shorter than a medium length paragraph. I’m comfortable with MxF or FxF as the pairing, and romance is optional.

I would be playing an oc of mine named Isaac Yates. I don’t have a set plot for this and open to explore plots with whoever is interested. Ideally this would follow the ending of the second season. Depending on who the CC is I may adjust who my OC is. I have an hand full of characters that are based off this show. One being from season 1 of the show/

Possibly a S. W. A. T related plot. I just started watching the show and been growing a craving for a plot like the show! For this plot, I would write an oc. I’ am nearing the end of season one. So this would be based out of season and or have the characters and not much from the show it’s self.

On a similar note , a The Rookie plot. I adore the show and the characters. If the plot is right I could probably get into a roleplay like this! I had one in the past but unfortunately it fizzled out quickly.

Maybe an action plot? Something like the maze runner, probably on idea of scorch trials? Something on that idea. I recently watched a YouTube series that got me craving an action plot. However, this one doesn’t have to be based on the maze runner, I’m open to hear any plots someone may have. I am mainly wanting an action plot!

Then lastly, something based on either dead poet’s society or the summer i turned pretty. These ideas would more loosely on them. In example: the summer I tuned pretty where the characters are older siblings of the younger characters, (29/30 etc). I’m just not comfortable playing characters between the ages of 16-18.

For all of time, people have been afraid of things going bump in the night, and have created numerous myths, legends, and supposed incantations or rituals to banish or ward them off. If only they knew how easy it was. Monsters do exist, but you do not need to douse them in holy water or shoot them with a bullet of pure silver, a regular bullet would do the same trick. After terrorizing humanity for ages, many monsters realized that as humanity rallied against their terror, they proved a greater threat to them than ever before. And so many, if not all monsters swore an oath of secrecy, to hide themselves from the world, and simply vanished into the night. Today many monsters live in communities, hidden in plain sight, among humans. However, monsters are as they are, and sometimes things get..... Messy. The people tasked with investigating unusual occurrences inside these monster communities is called The Detective. It is their job to find out what happened, who did it, and what should happen afterword. Most of the time they do their jobs alone, without bothering anybody..... Most of the time anyway.... accidents will happen....

A little about myself, I'm 23 and have been rping for a long time, and have always loved classic monster tropes and detective stories, so doing a rp with the tone of A wolf among us, with creatures from classic stories like Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolfman sounds right up my alley. I am really into historical fantasy, but really any genre of fantasy is fun for me. I enjoy high fantasy with, worlds with wizards and witches, powerful beings, and all sorts of adventures to go on.

I also love a more simple grounded world where people have simple problems and simple solutions. Maybe a bit of a fairy tale of happy ever after.

What i’m saying is, i’m just looking to find somebody that loves to write and loves stories!

My favorite aspects are: romance, slow burn, against all odds, enemies/neutral to lovers, action, life-risking adventures, drama, etc.

Some basic plots i have off the top of my mind are:

Odyssey: OC is down on their luck when they hear about a once in a lifetime opportunity. A wishing star that gives you what you need. It c
grants your wish and alters the course of your life. On the way, OC runs into characters that change their lives.

Wizards in hiding: In a world where magic has been outlawed, and living outside of kingdom walls is a death sentence, magicians have to live in hiding. There is a wizard/witch who has found two pupils and teaches them what they know. One day, they are found out and get dragged to jail, when the two students find out, they are conflicted on what to do.

Historical Fantasy: An evil empire has grown from the ashes of one of the most righteous. The forefathers have been known for pillaging and death, and when the news broke of the next heir, the people were devastated. He grew up as time went on, his heart similar to his mother’s parents, was made of gold and he opposes his families ways. He didn’t make it public, and when it was time for marriage, his new bride resented her luck, afraid of the prince and his family.

Isolationism: Scientists want to see if having two people isolated together would make them fall in love. They had made a simulator to simulate a virus, and have two people trapped in the world for a few days, but would feel like years. The money was amazing, and more than just enticing for a few college kids.

These are bare bone plots that i’d love to dive into and flush out a world that our ocs can live in. I love to play multiple side characters and would love if you do the same. I also would like if you love to write! I’m EST for anybody interested!

It was an early morning, and you were in your office, I had woken up in our suite on floor 100 and you weren't there so I went down to floor 50 and found you in your office. I was a bit thrown off when I woke up and you weren't in our living space; but I managed to make my way to find you. We were working out details of us becoming in the roles of ownership of the Marvel building as the current owner was retiring and giving it to us. Of course, there were details to work through to be able to get there but we were working them through, you were working longer days at your office doing computer work and signing papers to prepare for becoming head owner of the building. I wasn't nearly as busy except for managing certain things and making sure things were in order as you didn't want to place too much pressure on me and I knew that and I highly appreciated it too. I knocked on your office door hoping you would answer it and let me come in if you weren't on the business phone for a call.

I am a 29 year old NB individual with about 15 years of writing experience, and am looking for any potential writing partners to be at least 25+. Nothing against younger, it's just a personal preference/comfort thing!

I prefer someone that responds at least once a week if not more, though I understand life gets to be busy and just prefer communication when things come up. I also would love someone to write with that likes to yap about our OCs and get excited about writing together!

I tend to write male/masc characters and have a preference for mxm or mxnb plots, and have a tendency to write about one nitro post length's worth of writing, though I'm a mirror rper with a preference for longer posts.
