If anyone has any knowledge on what exactly this demo disc is (i.e. what the interview and tug of war videos are) what songs it might have / how they were added to your account I’d greatly appreciate it. I don’t own this personally, just a listing seen on poshmark. I’d get it myself to just see but my entire RB setup is for ps3 so it’d be a random outlier in my collection.

Both of my Fender Stratocaster guitars have started to disconnect every few minutes, at random intervals. I got both of them second hand, but from different people, and this started happening to both at the same time. I’ve restarted my Xbox, made sure nothing was blocking the connection between the console and guitar, changed batteries, but both guitars will always just briefly disconnect and immediately reconnect, causing me to miss notes and the game to pause. It’s gotten pretty frustrating. Any advice?

For me still into you on bass and drean genie on vocals are insanely overtiered, while little white church and i dont think Whats up should be a warmup on guitar.

If you ask me, still into you being a 5 on bass is so overtiered that it barely is even a 1 and to give a 5 is genuinuly wild especially since its in the same tier such as suspicious minds and hour of rats, and little white church being a 1 on guitar is actually such understatement for just how tough it actually is, its atleast a 3 maybe even a 4 on guitar.

I have a significant amount of DLC on my CFW PS3 that I like to use for parties and such. Pretty much every DLC track available for RB1-3 and Green Day. However, I much prefer to play completely without DLC songs when doing Career Mode solo. Is there an option to disable DLC for the career mode in any of those games?

I've had this bad boy since 2010 and put the whole thing a tiny carpet for easy movement and called it a day. This works fine for most songs, but as you can imagine the pedal incrementally slides forward when there are a lot of bass drums involved. I remember the set came with these 'pins' with little springs on 'em, but 15-year-old me had no clue what those were for. Long story short: what's the proper way to keep the pedal in place? I’ve been trying to get into playing drums as I feel I’ve already sort of “mastered” guitar. I want to ask those of you who’ve climbed to the heights of the drums skill levels of the progression journey is as linear as guitar is? Like will the jump from easy to expert be over the course of a year or a couple months?

My PS3 has been used since 2013, but recently it has been lagging, and freezing recently and its frustrating when a song just freezes mid song - and lags and then you lose your streak and miss notes because of the lag mid song. It's very frustrating, and im not at all a tech person at all, but I want to know what it could possibly be? I understand we wont truly know unless I go and take it to a shop, but I want to be sure its not something that I could just do or try to do before taking it to go get looked at.

Let me furthermore explain in greater detail what is happening / problems im experiencing.

- Long Load Times for RB3

- Song Menu hard and choppy to maneuver around

- songs randomly mid freeze

- after freeze, audio is delayed or ahead in songs often messed up sounding after.

- drops frame rates during high demand scenes such as music videos

Anyone know where I can get the dongle for the precision bass by chance?

Picked up a precision bass and didn't realize it didn't use the standard dongle at time of purchase. Super bummed that the normal dongles don't work with it. If anyone maybe has the dongle or knows where I can find one, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I’ve got 1000+ Rock Band DLC songs and wanted friends to be able to browse what’s available before it’s their turn to play. So I put together Setlist Party and it's gone down really well at my own parties.

You add your song library, create a party, then share a link or QR code. Everyone can use their phone to:

• Search the songs you actually have.
• Check instrument difficulties.
• Request songs and choose which instrument they’d like to play.
• See what’s currently playing and coming up.

The host manages the shared queue and uses it to pick the next song in-game.

Walked into a thrift store during my lunch break near my job site and found these beauties.🥳 Brand new never been touched! Pedal is still wrapped up. Dongle is in the box and the sticks are still wrapped up. Manuals and stickers included. Unfortunately, the store mentioned that the box was damaged by customers who would peep into the box 😭📦 and was thrown out. Got them at about $45 OTD. Was planning on using the pedal for my X360 kit for parties, but reconsidering since I do use my Ekit when at home. I use my GH kit at parties. Well, what do y’all think? 🤔 Also, what would y’all value this sucker at?

I’m trying to replace my drum set and found this one online that is listed for ps2. But, this one doesn’t have a cord to plug in. Is there an adapter I can get like the guitars or would that not work…

Been wanting to play clone hero with them but can't seem to find any videos that are newer than 2013, any help?

So I've read some of the older threads on audio configuration with Xbox. Optical cable to real speakers is best of course, but with the series X, optical port was removed, leaving only HMDI. A lot of people historically reported poor latency over 300 ms delay running a sound bar. However, some comments implied that Microsoft has improved their audio drivers in recent years so soundbars can be used with manageable latency.

Have anyone had GOOD results recently running RB4 on XSX with any particular brand of sound bar? I'm looking at a 3.1ch Samsung with a subwoofer, which has a "game mode" and uses HDMI ARC. But of course, the uncontrolled variable here is how much latency this will introduce, and I can only buy and return so many sound bars before Amazon gets pissed off at me.

I'll be hosting a Halloween party with a RB4 setup in a large condo community room and the native TV audio here is terrible, so here we are.

Picked one up, the Rickenbacker, with the dongle last week. Plugged it into my PS5 into RB4 and after calibration away we went rocking some tunes. Brilliant 👍

Today thought I’ll try it out with my old PS3 and Beatles RockBand. Plugged it into the PS3 and did the calibration. Was able to navigate around menus within the game with the strum and green and red frets fine.

Start a tune and not a single note is being hit with the strum and I mean zero, even when I go into Practice and slow it down - nothing. Which is very strange.

Is there something I haven’t done to set it up ?

I’d have expected RB Beatles to work straight out the box so to speak but it’s failing to strum a single note.

Went back to my PS5 and RB4 and still perfect 🤷🏻‍♂️
