Good evening, perhaps I am missing something quite obvious, but how do I actually access my earned career mastery abilities and tactics?

Thought they would show up in my ability library when achieved, but they are simply not there.🤔

Trying to get relentless, I am level 31

Ok experienced players, ive just picked the game up and im playing shaman, what i am struggling with is key binds and targetting.

Do you put all offensive spells 1-6 then heals on E,S,R,F,C etc?

I have a mouse with 2 thumb buttons

Any recommended binds if priority is healing and throwing dots out
