I can't tell if I'm in my head or this one is just the longest of the 4 scenarios but after many runs I finally got my time down to just two minutes past the hour. I know I can shave off more time if I'm a little swifter on corners, get grabbed a couple of less times, maybe shave 10-15 seconds off each boss, and pick up way less heals...

but getting under an hour in the other runs did not feel this tight. It almost feels like it's gotten harder. Is Leon A the slowest run or am I just losing my marbles?

I've just started playing through the RE games for the first time! I just started my 2nd run as Claire, and I was so upset when I realized I'd be back in the station being chased by the Tyrant lol!

I ended up hiding in the darkroom because I don't play scary games often at all, and being chased by the tyrant while having to deal with a licker overwhelmed me. I thought, "Oh, I'll go in here until the Tyrant walks away, and then I'll stay as quiet as possible."

But he hasn't gone away?? I kept reading that he would eventually go away if I just waited, but maybe that was only for the 1st run?

I'm sure I'm just getting in my own head about it, and the only solution is just to run out because at the end of the day, it's just a video game. I just wondered if this is normal Tyrant behavior or if something is acting up.

I’m playing Resident Evil 2 Remake for the first time and the first cutscenes are being paused to tell me that the game can’t connect to RE Net, and the only way to get out of this is to skip the cutscene, but obviously I wanna be able to see the cutscenes for my first time playing.
I set up the connection fine when playing RE1R, and I know why RE Net is down at the moment but I don’t want it to stop me playing.

Turning off the transfer doesn’t work, but I imagine playing in offline mode on Steam will, but I wanted to ask that if I play in offline mode, will it prevent me from getting Steam achievements (will they pop when I go back to online mode) and will RE Net catch up on my progress when it’s back up and I can connect? Thanks in advance

Apart from this glitch, the game ran pretty good and looked amazing. The bug eas fixed after closing the game lol

I swear this game knows how to slowly irritate me. I feel like I'm endlessly running in circles in the police station

Hello everyone!

I've always felt that the Model Screen theme in Resident Evil 2 Remake is incredibly relaxing and actually fits the vibe of a safe room even better than the default track. I really wanted to hear it organically while taking a breather and managing my inventory.

To make this happen, I spent the last few months working on a mod called Save Room (Model Screen) Replaced.

What it does:

• Replaces the game's default ambient music in safe zones with the Model Screen theme.
• Features a custom seamless loop, so you can stay in the safe room as long as you want without any awkward silences or abrupt audio cuts.
• Fades in and out naturally as you cross the room's threshold, keeping the immersive survival horror atmosphere completely intact.

I just wanted to share this with the community in case anyone else loves this track as much as I do and wants a fresh atmosphere for their safe rooms.

Sorry for a stupid question but want some opinions.

I played the leon story first and was going to just play through claire story on assisted for fun and to see the differences.

Should I be playing a new game of claire or 2nd run?

I ran away to save the game on first floor, as soon as I saw the licker from the window, now I don't know where to find that licker guy

Claire's story i give a good rating it was nice very sad and happy also the sherry's mother dying was not sad

i got a C i finished in the game with 11 hours 23 minutes and 7 seconds i also got a achievment by completed the G boss fight stage 4 with 4 minutes to spare don't know how rare that is also i looked it up and there is a G bossfight stage 5 why did i not get it is it on scenario B?

Also i will be playing leon now scenario A and i will beat this idk know if i will play the scenario B's are they the same thing as A if so then i probably will not play it second off should i play extra game modes?

My only goal was to get one more trophy to reach the platinum trophy. Every time I'm about to finish this content, I get killed repeatedly, and I'm about to lose my mind. I'm so frustrated I want to put Hunk's shotgun to my head, but I don't want to give up when I'm so close to platinum. What I don't understand is why there's a trophy required to complete this completely optional side content? Is Capcom sadistic or something? It's not even an optional side trophy; I have to get this trophy if I want to reach platinum. Could I get some advice or tips from those who have completed this side content?
