Every winter my feet get absolutely freezing and end up developing chilblains 😩 I have a ton of wool socks and even double up, but I’m looking for other things that might actually help keep my feet warm throughout the day.

Once my feet get really cold, it’s so hard to warm them back up without direct heat, and that’s not really an option when I’m at work. I’ve tried the HotHands packets, but they get way too hot and never stay in place.

Has anyone found any products that actually make a difference? Open to any recommendations for socks, insoles, heated products, or anything else that’s helped you!

It’s getting colder and my hands apparently can’t handle staying warm especially if I hold them higher up to like my laptop. Anyone got any thinner reasonably warm recs for this ? I got my own gloves and they’re warm af but also bulky and I don’t think I can type with them on

Crazy question I know. I’m new to this and my fingers and toes have gone white and a light purple and in those colors they feel numb and annoying. I was wondering if the blue and darker purples hurt more than white or is it all the same? I have a feeling this winter is going to be worse than last year since I’m turning white while it’s in the 70s and the rest of my body is very comfortable. FYI, I have very pale skin assuming that matters. Thanks!

i am newly diagnosed and struggling. does anyone have any hacks or advice to help my constant pain, mostly in my hands and feet. it’s truly unbearable and im neurodivergent too so it’s all i can focus on all the time.

my hands and feet are always aching, cold, and numb. almost like the feeling of a sunburn but through my entire limb. i take warm baths and try to layer but it doesn’t really help. my fingers and toes are still white and cold.

I've had both hyperhidrosis and Raynaud's/acrocyanosis for pretty much my entire life and I'm starting to wonder whether competitive gaming could be negatively affecting my health.

Generally when I play games, my hands and feet can get quite cold and sweaty for long periods of time. My feet in particular sometimes develop a slightly bluish or darker appearance when they're cold and sweaty, although I wouldn't say the discolouration is that severe. I've become so used to this feeling though over the years that I usually just ignore it and continue playing even if my feet has been cold and sweaty for hours.

What worries me is whether I've been unknowingly causing long-term damage to my circulation or nerves by constantly ignoring these symptoms for so many years. I genuinely enjoy competitive gaming but I'm starting to question whether it's worth continuing if it's potentially harming my health.

Has anyone found a good replacement for the Ocoopa hand warmers that were recalled earlier this year?

Looking for non stimulant advice for those with Raynaud's / Chilblains

I've been on both Adderall and Vyvanse, am currently on Vyvanse right now.

It seems that both have been terrible for my Raynauds and chilblains. My symptoms the last year has gotten worse. Dusky skin, swelling, ice cold hands, pain, swelling even from being warm. Within this past month, I couldn't wear my wedding ring anymore. :(

I take weekend breaks from my meds but it seems to make no difference. I also take a calcium channel blocker to help but it really hasn't. So I assumed I was getting more sensitive to the weather which is cold and rainy.

However, I went on a vacation to a warmer area but also skipped taking my med for a week, by day 2, my hand swelling was 85% gone, my hands were a normal color and I wasnt dealing with nighttime swelling anymore. ing anymore.

At first I thought it was due to the warm climate. With that variance, I continued not taking my med when I was back home, where its colder and more damp, lo and behold, my hands are still doing way better.

Im not taking my Vyvanse anymore. I guess I really do have to choose my hand over my brain. Does anyone have any advice? Similar experiences and switched to a non stimulant?

Hello, I am 18 years old. Seven months ago, out of nowhere, I began experiencing migraines that would last all day; they never went away with medication or sleep. This lasted for two months, and then I started to experience a burning sensation in my ears—episodes that eventually spread to my face, head, and collarbone area. These sensations have now become persistent and are present 24/7. Along with the migraines, I gradually began experiencing tachycardia, with heart rates ranging from 121 to 146 bpm. It was initially thought to be neurological, but the medication I was prescribed did not help. Other symptoms also emerged, including Raynaud’s phenomenon, livedo reticularis, dizziness, heartburn, diarrhea after eating, the complete cessation of my menstrual cycle, and fatigue, among others. I underwent a full battery of rheumatological autoimmune tests, all of which came back negative—out of three ANA tests, only one was positive at a 1:80 dilution, which was considered a low result. My cardiologist suggests it is sinus tachycardia triggered by an external factor. I still do not have a diagnosis; if anyone is going through something similar or has any information, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

i am struggling immensely with my hands/feet with the cold. I already get cold hands/feet taking propranolol too and in march added a stimulant adhd med and my hands/feet are so cold it brings tears to my eyes.

my fingers are the worst - trying out a pair of heated fingerless gloves from amazon but they still leave my fingers frozen :/

Hello, I am 18 years old, and I have been experiencing these symptoms for 7 months: My face, ears, and head are red and hot 24/7; I also feel a burning sensation inside my ears. I experience tachycardia—my heart rate fluctuates significantly—as well as diarrhea, the loss of my menstrual period, and dizziness. I have severe acne, and my face becomes swollen when exposed to heat. I also have Raynaud’s phenomenon, headaches, and livedo reticularis on my hands, arms, feet, and legs. Despite having seen 17 doctors, I still do not have a diagnosis.

I am looking for heated gear recommendations! I have been struggling with this bs for my whole life and I'm over it. With that being said I live in Ohio and the car I currently drive takes ages to warm up since it is an old 4cylinder diesel. My drive to work is 30 minuets and my hands are frozen for about 20 minuets of it. I would love to use this winter to save up for a better car in the future but I am willing to spend any amount of money to have heated gloves and socks that allow me to enjoy some time outside this winter. That would be an incredible first for me.

My partners hand (on top) compared to my raynauds hand (on bottom). Thought it was cool to see just how little warmth reaches my finger tips. For context this was early morning and I hadnt been outside, I was just drinking hot coffee 😅

This is my nose like 10 out of 12 months every year. It gets cold from nothing and then turns ridiculously red and it almost burns when the blood returns. I’m tired of looking like this, getting comments and feeling self awareness. Do anyone else have the same problem and how do you tackle it?

I’m feeling really scared and overwhelmed right now and just needed to reach out to a community that might understand what I’m going through.

I’ve been dealing with Raynaud’s phenomenon and recently had some lab work done. My bloodwork came back positive for ANA (1:80 speckled), positive ENA, elevated Anti-RNP, and positive Anti-SS-A.

I finally saw a doctor/rheumatologist hoping for some clarity or a clear explanation, but instead of getting a direct answer, I was given a whole new round of requisitions, including a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram), lung function tests, and more blood and urine work. On top of that, my follow-up appointment isn't until February.

Seeing tests for my heart and lungs ordered makes my mind jump straight to the absolute worst scenarios, and the complete lack of a definitive diagnosis right now feels terrifying. I know intellectually that doctors do these tests as a baseline to be thorough, but sitting with all this uncertainty for months is so hard.

Has anyone else gone through this stage where you just get handed more organ tests without any clear answers yet? How did you handle the anxiety while waiting for your follow-up? Any advice or reassurance would mean the world to me right now.

Hey guys! I'm new to this subreddit. Winter is coming and it's becoming a struggle. I'm a new golfer and my hands/toes are suffering. Mainly with feeling numb and painfully cold. Im off to buy some thermal golf gloves. But im unsure what to do about socks? I was thinking some nice thermal socks. I also start work as a Paramedic next month, which requires wearing heavy boots and being on my feet a lot, so I was debating whether to get some compression socks to help with circulation.

Is one better than the other to help with Raynauds symptoms? Mainly just to stop them from going numb and cold. Thank you, I really appreciate the help ❤️

I turned 31 last month and I just started having symptoms of this. I plan on going to the doctor but I need to know how much I should worry.

First time happened Sunday. Was out in the cold then felt two of my fingertips were numb, I looked and they were white. I got them warmed up and within a minute all was normal.

This morning (Wednesday) happened again to the same fingers but again, went away quickly. Now tonight after I took my socks off and walked on my cold floor, bottom of both feet turned white and numb.

Is this a normal onset of reoccurrences? Or does something sound off? Like I said I plan on going to a doctor.

Hello everyone, I was wondering if amyone has a recommendation for gloves that I can wear while working? I recently got diagnosed with Raynauds, so I'm new to all the stuff. My problem is, I have to handle a lot of papers for work, and the gloves that are provided are not insulated so my hands get cold(er) and trigger an episode. Normal gloves are too thick to handle paper precisely so i can't work with them :(

Living in Houston the weather doesn’t get too too cold, but as soon as the temps drop below 90 my toes/fingers are instantly acting up.

I used the hot hands toe warmers last year, but since they are designed for work boots with no air flow they would get too hot and burn with sneakers.

A cold front (in the 70’s) has come through and after walking around all day with cold toes inside Ugg boots I’m giving these a try and so far they have been amazing.

I’ve worn them inside my slippers and over socks with sneakers so far! They have worked great and wanted to share!
