Over the summer mama raccoon decided to come through the cat patio into the house. My bathroom was much cleaner the night before. There were raccoon paw prints everywhere lol.

Today on Mythbusters: Can a raccoon get down from a roof it climbed onto? Or will kindly passers-by have to help?

Hello! We are Päite Loomapark - animals shelter & Mini-Zoo & Rehabilitation center from Ida-Virumaa, Estonia. We try to make some videos on social media so more people would know about us and support our work. We have around 300 rescued wild and domestic animals in our shelter.
When Petya and Fidosia were found, they were just helpless little kits without a mother. We had to feed them with tiny pipettes around the clock to keep them alive. Because they grew up entirely around humans, they can never be safely released back into the wild. Thankfully, the Estonian authorities officially granted us permission to keep them permanently at our mini-zoo, so this is their forever home now.
Right now, they are on a mission to eat absolutely everything in sight. Autumn is fattening-up season — they need to pack on plenty of weight and body mass before the cold weather sets in, Honestly, could you ever say no to these tiny faces? Because we definitely can't!
Please, tell us if this repost is not welcome, we are sorry!

Took some shrooms and hung out in my back yard with my wife. Never seen any raccoons here but they decided to hang out with us. I just finished my fountain too. We kicked them out around midnight. Fun times

Our cameras have caught this fellow three times in our yard recently. He clearly has something on his front left leg. I want to think it is a brace but I know better, and it is probably something he has stuck on it. Any ideas? I feel terrible for him, but he seems to manage pretty well.

He just kept going in circles and stopping for sec and then circles again. He looked so exhausted and scared but his body was only letting him do this and only this. It was not foaming. It was not aggressive. Matter of fact, there was no acknowledgement to me standing there or the cars that were passing. My phone died after this so I went home and called animal control and told them the coordinates. They said they will update me but I never got one and he was gone about an hour or so later when I went back.

We met a raccoon the other day on our back porch. He scurried up a tree to hide from our cat and dogs, but came down and around up the steps to the door once they came in. He was checking out our recycling bin and then came to scratch on our door. He lost interest quickly and went away. This has been our first encounter - we’ve been in this house six, almost seven years.
Today, we had unidentified veggie scraps at our front door. These are not from our garden or from our compost. Do these little guys leave scraps as gifts or something or did they just have a messy dinner on our porch for some reason?

This was an old photo stored on my phone that I took a my local auto racing track. The track crews were about to release these back in the wild, they just had to make sure that they were in good health and safety. DISCLAIMER, this was 100% HUMANE.
