Please anyone who has knowledge of the following concern, do share it. It will be a great help for me.

So I run a cloud kitchen and in my current flat they are not allowing it anymore as it's residential. Do you know of any flats where I can run a cloud kitchen freely. We won't cause any trouble to neighbours and we would always ask the delivery guy to wait outside the gate until the order is ready. If there are more orders, we will ourselves go and give it to the delivery guy outside the gate. We can take major precautions and won't cause any problems.

What is the solution for this? Because I am a student and I need a cloud kitchen setup as of now. Please help!!🥺
