SEASON 3 SPOILER! McGrady's Dad Apparently Did the Impossible (Spoiler Warning for Season 3) Spoiler
SPOILER WARNING for Season 3's finale.
Currently rewatching Season 3. In the finale (episode 13), Luis aka McGrady's dad somehow drove his truck into Colombia from Panama.
Currently, there is no vehicular highway that connects the two countries thanks to the Darien Gap. The only way this truck could have gotten into Colombia would be via boat, but considering earlier in the episode Luis had to hide in the bed of his dad's truck because "they blocked all the roads leaving Panama" (his words), it is obviously implied that they drove into Colombia.
Not sure if this has been posted here before nor does it really matter, but it could potentially expose more plot holes if you really thought about it. It still doesn't necessarily ruin the show for me or anything, but I know others have different opinions on this kind of stuff. Like how Susan/Gretchen came to meet Michael and Whistler in Sona after she killed the general.

There were no witnesses to Gretchen leading the escape attempt. She was commanding them from an ops room, nowhere near Sona. She told the general she was just the babysitter, that she knew nothing about an escape. Both statements can be true because it's all about need to know. If she's just the babysitter, she doesn't need to know about an escape. The general believed her because he really had no choice. He could torture her all day long, and she'd still tell him she was just the babysitter. He clearly believed her because he had her take him to LJ. Just because the general ended up dead doesn't mean that she killed him. For all they know, the people that headed the escape stepped in and killed him. So according to anyone's knowing, the only thing Gretchen did was hold LJ hostage.

Not sure if this instance can be compared to this post but l found it impossible trained shooters "missed" when Michael & Lincoln escaped the van through the tunnels from what felt like only 20 meters way
(Season 2 while being transported back to Fox River after Mahone briefly captured them)
Plot armour l guess.

The 1 that bothers me is the escape!!! How did that lift door close with that fire hose in-between it??!!!
And how do they expect us to believe that Michael crawled through the ceiling to save Sara in the riots episode but couldn't go through the ceilings to get to the infirmary and they never even acknowledged that?
And how did Michael camouflage the escapees out of the hole outside the psych ward doors AFTER the patients went back in?? The guard in the tower would've seen them coming out especially considering there was an alarm blaring out of psych ward.

That one actually starts way before.
The general, after getting gretchen to admit she was behind the attempted break out at sona, allows her to lead him to a shack in the middle of nowhere with like two guards.
After she demonstrated that she has the skill/resources to do a military level attack at the prison, including attack helicopters and military weapons and professional soldiers. Killing multiple guards.

Gretchen told the general she knew nothing about an escape. She said she was just a babysitter, watching LJ. They couldn't prove she was behind the bang and burn. She headed that mission from an ops room, there was no way to identify her as being part of the escape.
