PredsTV in app

Does anyone have any issue with being able to watch the games live on the app? I’ve only successfully gotten the audio/video to pull up for 3 games this season -every other time, including tonight, I click watch live and it just shows a blue screen. And it’s not that I’m not being patient for it to load. I left it up for about 8 mins earlier and it never loaded in.

I’m just frustrated because I paid to be able to watch it on my phone when I’m not home, and I haven’t been able to most of the time. Also - I am planning on trying to contact someone about it, who? I have no idea. Just checking to see if anyone had the same issue and found a way to trouble shoot it before I do anything else.

Up date your apps, make sure your browser has location permission, clear your cache, etc.

I watch on a browser on predstv.com and not in the app.

I'm having the same issue with the Roku app. It won't let me delete the app. It brings up the Predators logo then it goes to a blue screen and says no service available. If I hit the back button it will bring up the menu but if I click on the particular game. If I hit the back button again and go under account it has my Roku account not my account I registered with the Predators app. There is no way to log out and log into the correct account. Kind of a bummer I paid $75 and can't use it on this device.
