Audio help please

Not sure if this is the place to be but it’s worth the a shot. Can anyone help me trim all the background noise and enhance the voice to understand what is being said? And if anyone can make what’s being said out I would greatly appreciate it!!

Can you tell what’s being said? Does it sound like “that’s really not good”
