Immigration in western countries from other cultures will never end in peace.
Immigration between cultures will never work when one culture is in more power. This is due to the laws and values of the more powerful state being based upon their culture. So if you want to transition one culture to another, they have to adopt the values of those who are in power to survive in everyday life, of earning value to get other things. For immigration to work in this way (with one country in more power and where multiculturalism isn't accepted by the more powerful state), the cultures have to be practically identical so the immigrants can fit into the already established society. Or two cultures with similar power that can mix ideas, values, and laws. Immigration can take place, but peace will never occur because the values of the more powerful culture will be forced upon those that are new, ending in a rightful unrest within new immigrants. If the new immigrants do not adopt the culture, they will be either left in poverty, prison, or in their own culture bubble within the other state.
This means that for immigration to work in Western countries, between cultures that are not similar, people who don't accept new cultures coming in forcefully have to be punished. Multiculturalism has to occur for the country to progress with immigrants. The masses of the host powerful country have to let go of the strict rules of not accepting new culture so immigrants can integrate in all areas and all classes. If this integration doesn't occur, then violence between these groups will be more prevalent than violence that needs to be put on the natives who do not accept the culture. This also means that more education in schools about new cultures, racism and any other prejudice against people of other nations has to occur. This will mean that younger generations will be more accepting of the mixing of culture, causing more progress due to a greater workforce in primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.
