The same thing as Farmington Police Ghost Units except the 2 has interior emergency lights.

These are the Ford explorers traffic ghost units. I’ve been told by one of the Farmington Police officers that these are ghost units. What do you think about them?

in 2001 or 2002 they recieved a small number of Vista's, presumably for testing or demo

they were used along with the legendary B11 and later the N14 before being succeeded by the Almera and the Primera in the late 90s and early 00s and other models like Octavia MK1s and Xsaras 😢
