Evidence Pound Hounds ResQ back in the limelight with failed ACCT Philly pull Cedric who is either "a big, affectionate guy with the happiest spirit and plenty of big puppy energy!" or "dangerous... salivating so bad in the car because there was a stray cat"

Cedric is a 62lb adult male pit bull who entered ACCT Philly as a stray. He was timestamped ie shortlisted for euthanasia, and released to PoundHounds Resq. The rescue fostered him out.
The foster is so unnerved by the dog that she's committing the ultimate rescuer sin - returning him to the "kill shelter" despite the risk of euthanasia. She's getting beat up online by the rescue's followers and she keeps defending herself. She points out she had the dog 22 days, had him separated from her dogs, is an experienced foster and adopter of ACCT dogs. She says he switches between being nice and being aggressive, that he bit her and attacked a cat, that he salivated a puddle on seeing a cat, and that he's gained weight and power since leaving the shelter. She says he's a good boy and clearly doesn't want him euthanized but says she's not physically capable of controlling him, is afraid of him, and doesn't want him going to a home with kids or pets. You can absolutely tell she's a long-time foster/rescuer, with that sort of cognitive dissonance.
I tried everything with cederick. I did not HATE CEDETIC. I ADORE BUT I FEAR HIM DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT.I HAVE NEVER FEARED A DOG IN MY LIFE.

The networkers/rescuers

And now they're shipping him to NJ for a new foster. Pray for us in NJ, we get this all the time from ACCT Philly and from NYACC.
