Hey guys so my badass groomsmen got me this Mixtape that I’ve been wanting.
I stuck on trying to figure out what suppressor to run. My first thought the PSA Mixtape Suppressor for looks/price/mounting.
Other contenders are:
PTR Vent 1 - from what I’ve seen it’s supposed to be the quietest. Con: almost 9”, hard to find in FDE
OCL Polonium 30- seems to be solid at a great price point.
Sandman- idk why, but a lot of people recommend.

Just reaching out on here so maybe some of yall can help me make up my mind. I’m not saying I want the absolute best m, but I do want to be impressed with the money I spend.

Recently got my 103 Prem. Came with the PSA waffle mag, it fits but it’s wobbly as hell. I was gonna just buy some PMAGs but I’m also looking into Bulgarian polymer steel lug mags from gunmag warehouse.

I followed the directions: adjustable gas block turned all the way right, then opened up a click at a time until the bolt locked back on an empty mag. Took four clicks. Simple, and it tells you the gun is only running as hard as it needs to.
Left-handed ergonomics
I've shot AR-15s left-handed for years, so I expected an adjustment period. Didn't happen. Swapping the charging handle to the right side felt second nature on the first mag.
The real question for lefties is gas in the face, and that's what had me nervous before I committed to the Polonium, since it isn't a high-flow design. Compared to a USGI-style AR, blowback was a non-issue. I didn't notice much of anything.
Sound
It still cracks, but even indoors it was a pleasant sound. Outdoors I'd be comfortable running it without ear pro if I had to.
Accuracy
I zeroed at 36 yards indoors and had 3 of 5 shots cutting the same hole. Pushing out to 100 yards exposed two things: I need a magnifier, and I need a suppressor cover. Mirage off the can was bad enough that I was hitting 5–8 inches high from my point of aim.
Bottom line
If you're a left-handed shooter, especially one who plans to run it suppressed, I'd recommend this rifle without hesitation.

Hit the range today and got to shoot my mixtape for the first time. Ran like butter out of the box with no tuning and just a simple clean and lubrication. Top target is Rock at 10 yards (just practicing quick acquisition of dot not going for peak accuracy) and bottom target is Mixtape at 25.

Whether it be the gen 4 (PX9) or the Ar-v. I know they are both slightly different and there components are not even interchangeable I don't think. Like there uppers and lowers. Or are they? I know you guys will know the answer. Thanks in advance.

-I've been reading on what mags to choose for the compact dagger for 15 rounders. Some people say only use p mags, some say only use glock mags. some say only use mec-gar. Most of these posts are years old, so seeing what you guys are getting the best reliability out of.

I bought the attached pic. It won't fit. I know I installed correctly but can no longer pull back the top cocking knob now only goes back half way. When the pin isn't in it goes all the way back. FRT is losing some paint from hitting it. What should I do to fix? Thank you.

I have a PSA JAKL and have a F5 brace kit attached, with the recent SBR changes I’ve been looking for a devoid style plug and or a tail hook replacement that would have nearly the same effect of the stock.

This has been a big issue for me lately to the point where I’ve bought 2 diffrent “tail hook devoid plugs” and 3D printed pretty much everyone I could find, with nothing working.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know for sure how many magazines this gun comes with. It is a nice price if it includes 2.

Google says it comes with 2 but reviews on PSA say it came with one and the ad doesnt mention magazines other than capacity. I really dont feel like calling and the chatbot didnt know

I’m 19 and I live in Tennessee. I’ve been looking at this PSA 7.5” .300 Blackout (SKU 51655223582) since it’s on Halloween Sale. PSA lists it as a pistol with a stabilizing brace. I’m trying to confirm whether a licensed dealer can legally transfer this exact configuration to me at 19 under current federal law and Tennessee law. I’ve also seen recent discussions about the DOJ’s position on handgun transfers to adults aged 18–20 and ATF’s updated NFA guidance. Has anyone verified the current legal situation using official sources or a Tennessee firearms attorney? I’m just trying to be sure about being able to own it before ordering it. Thanks in advance!
