Hello! Does anyone know a house or apartment for rent with 3 bedrooms that are 2k and under?

It’s for a single dad with 3 kids, ages 10 and 5. Tempe area preferred but open to Any where in the East Valley area.

Thank you!

I have been in the service industry for years and am looking for someplace new that does volume and is hiring. I have experience in both casual and fine dining and bring my A-Game everyday.

I'm looking to sell my 2000 Nissan Stagea.

Currently sitting at a little over 107K km on the odometer which is roughly 66500 mi.

Chassis and body are near rust free condition.

This is a 2 owner car, with one Japanese owner (can provide Japanese auction paper work as proof) along with myself.

As for mods, it has the following:

-HKS intake

-HKS exhaust

-HKS Turbo Timer

-DND performance steering wheel with quick release hub

-R32 Skyline wheels with all-season BFGoodrich tires

All OEM stock parts, to include the OEM wheels with tires, are available and will come with the car as well as some other spare parts such as an extra key access module, relays, extra head unit, a catless BLITZ downpipe, Stagea model/trim specific NISMO suspension kit, and a number of service items such as cabin filter and oil filters to name a few.

Auction paperwork and Japanese vehicle history report will also be provided, along with service manual, owner's manual, several brochures and magazines, and ordering guides from the period.

I'm asking for $24000 taking into account all spare and extra parts, but I'm open to REASONABLE offers.

Feel free to ask any questions or request any additional pictures, but please don't both of our times. I know JDM cars are a niche market so if you see the post up it's still for sale.

Here's some of my beautiful collection I'm selling 🖤🔮
