Hi! I’m looking for a game buddy for me and my friend!

We like to play LEAGUE OF LEGENDS (NA server) and games like PEAK and any games with base building.

We also love Dungeons and Dragons / TTRPGS! My friend is a forever Game/Dungeon Master. I do too, from time to time and it will be cool to run a campaign and have adventures together!

I’m originally from PH but moved countries. So now I’m in EST time. We are usually on from 10PM onwards, which will be 9AM onwards for Philippine time.

My friend is from UK now living in the US and always love practicing new languages. So now he is learning Tagalog.

We would love to have more filipino friends! Dm me if you are interested!

Hello, everyone! I’m currently a Computer Science student, and next year, I’ll have to choose a track to pursue, whether it’s Data Analytics, AI, or Game Development.

Realistically speaking, with the rapid growth of AI nowadays, I feel like AI Engineering would be a practical choice for my future career. Cybersecurity is also something I’m considering because I want to have a stable job after graduation.

However, deep down, my heart wants to pursue Game Development. It’s been my dream for a long time, but I’ve heard a lot of concerns about the industry being oversaturated and how AI can nowfv create games, which makes me worry about the future of game developers.

I really want to follow my dream, but I’m also scared of graduating without being able to find a stable job. I’m not sure if there are many opportunities for game developers here in the Philippines, and I don’t personally know anyone working in the industry who could share their experience with me. Maybe I just haven’t researched enough yet. :)

If i pursue Game development, i would be interested in working abroad someday, so I’d like to ask a few questions:

Is Game Development a realistic career path in the Philippines, especially for someone who wants to work abroad in the future?
Are there companies here in the Philippines that hire game developers and offer good career opportunities?
If I want to work abroad, what game development studios or companies should I aim for, and what skills or projects should I focus on to build a strong portfolio?
With AI becoming more advanced, do you think Game Development is still a good career choice for the future?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, advice, or even stories about how you got started in the industry.

I’m graduating in 2028, so I still have time to prepare. I just want to make an informed decision between choosing a practical career path and pursuing something I’m genuinely passionate about.

Thank you so much! I’d really appreciate any advice, aspiring game developers, or people already working in the industry. I’m just a confused student trying to figure out which path to take. 😅

So ako kasi, nasanay na lang ako na kino-connect yung old laptop ko sa tv tapos dun na ko naglalaro. Mostly old games lang talaga nilalaro ko, like Red Alert, Diablo, Warcraft, Ragnarok, etc and then indie games. Now I’m thinking of upgrading to a Win 11 device kasi ayaw na gumana ng Steam, Battlenet 😭😭

Now may nakita akong Beelink SER5 na miniPC na siya mismo na pwede i-connect sa tv namin. Sooo are they worth it for low-end to medium-end gaming? Di ko naman target mga new games kasi may PS5 naman ako, tho it would be cool if kung pwede rin ba high end games. I just want to play my older games without spending too much.

I love fb marketplace andaming dealzzzz OMGGGG JACKPOT LAGI PATI SA SSD, RAMS AND ETC

g.skill trident z5 rgb ddr5-7200 cl34 pala yung ram na nabili ko

According from the previous owner, nabagsakan ng wood shelf and diyan nagkaroon ng damage. For me naman di ako maarte and 2 months nang stable yung "dead pixel" nayan kaya ang ginagawa ko nalang is hindi ko siya hinahawakan/punas sa mon pero sobrang light lang anyways, yun lang naman thanks!

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m moving back to the Philippines this December and just got myself a new PC over there. I’m looking to expand my Steam friends list and hopefully find some people to game with!

I have a ton of games in my backlog that I need to get around to playing 😂. Over the next few months, I’m planning to play RuneScape: Dragonwilds and Enshrouded.

I’m also planning to subscribe to a dedicated server so a few of us can play together without worrying about hosting. It would be awesome to find some chill people who enjoy survival games, exploring, grinding, and just hanging out while gaming.

A little about me: I’m a 30M tito gamer 😂. No need e super competitive or anything — just looking for good company and people who are down to play!

🎮 Steam Friend Code: 1875956582

Feel free to add me! Let’s get some games going! 🤙

Can you handle customer and manage to grow your capital?

I PURCHASED A ₱500 STEAM WALLET ON GCASH AND RIGHT AFTER THE REDEEM SECTION THE GCASH CRASHED. PLEASE HELP ME, IT'S A BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR ME AND I GENUINELY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND I'M TWEAKING

EDIT: AWA NG DIYOS, MABAWI KO NA PO SYA. LUBOS KO PO NA PINASASALAMATAN PO ANG LAHAT NG TUMULONG SA AKIN.

Back in the day, I remember Dota and League of Legends being the main games almost everyone was playing.

I'm looking to get into a team-based, competitive multiplayer game again so I can "get gud" and easily jump into games whenever I meet other gamers irl and wanna play.

What are the most played competitive games in the PH community right now across PC and mobile? Thanks in advance!

I have discord for comms din sali nalang ako sa server mo if meron.

Can my Ryzen 5 3400g with RTX 2060 Super handle the Resident Evil 4 Remake game? I'm asking because I can't buy a new CPU yet and I wonder if my current CPU will handle it... I don't want to buy the game if I can't enjoy it with all the lags... Please respect the post, thank you very much for understanding.
