I told myself not to buy this game, because I was completely avoiding COD. Our Call of Duty groupchat from my XBOX friends came to life and they are mentioning this game, after 3 days clicked the purchase button here I am now. I'm not that good in first person shooter but I enjoy playing it.

I enjoy the NK invasion segment more than the Task 141 segment. The NK Invasion is more true to the original MW campaign minus the extraction/tarkov mode, the task 141 not so much plus the death of the characters are not emotional as the original did.

The cutscenes tho... its so realistic that I almost thought I'm watching a live action instead of animation.

Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) on steam is AWESOME!!! It has been years since I played and lost track of time. The world is MASSIVE!! and the NPCs there has a whole world of their own, they're walking around, tending their gardens, petting an animal, drinking ale, and etc. It's very immersive, specially for a game this old.

I expected to quit after giving it 3 days of gameplay, but man, questing is so much fun and it doesn't feel repetitive, although it is because its the usual slay 10 of these, gather these and etc. The Epic Quests (main story quest) follows the story of what most of us know from the beloved trilogy. And more! (I haven't read the book so I'm not sure how accurate the others are)

Its been almost a month since I started playing (currently at level 33, I have a family IYKYK) and I still can't get enough of it.

Classes have a wide variety. First you choose a race (ie: hobbit, dwarf, elf, high elf, human, beorning(?)), after which you choose a class (warden, captain, champion, rune-keeper, ranger, thief etc.) I'm high elf, champion 😁

There are fellowships (party), kinships (guild) and skirmishes (raids).

There's no gacha system involved. The mounts you have to work for it, which is a good thing. Level progression is just right. There's not much shining-shimmering-splendid effects like most MMORPG have nowadays, which is a huge plus for me. AND the game doesn't poke you with buying stuff (real money). You can play the game until a point (level 160 cap I think, Helm's Deep) for free, after which you have to buy the expansions.

The community is VERY MUCH alive and from what I've read, one of the most active communities on Steam.

I'm genuinely excited for this game! I first came across it back in 2023, and I've been hyped for it ever since. One thing I really appreciate is that it's not a Soulslike. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy challenging games, but it's refreshing to see an action game focus on fast-paced, combo-driven combat instead of following the usual Soulslike formula.

The Wuxia-inspired setting, insane combat animations, weapon variety, and cinematic martial arts fights look incredible. It feels like a mix of classic character-action games and Chinese martial arts cinema, which is exactly what makes it stand out to me. Hopefully, the final game lives up to the hype because this is definitely one of my most anticipated games!

For me, save scumming matters depending on the age of the gamer.

When I was young, yolo lang at di ko na kailangan mag save scum dahil may time pa naman ako maglaro ng 2nd, 3rd or 4th playthrough. So kung hindi ko nasave ang isang party member or hindi ko narecruit, tuloy lang ang laro at di na kailangan magreload.

But when I got older sinisigurado ko na na tama lahat ng choices at may quick save, save file 1, save file 2 at save file 3 na nakahanda in case na may bad choice ingame dahil wala na akong time for another playthrough 🥲🥲

Hi! I'm one of the devs behind Breadwinner (I did the 3D art).

It started as our entry to the Filipino Horror Game Jam 2026. The theme was "Real Life Horror," and our first reaction was: bills. So you play the eldest child and the only one with a job. Each payday you pick what gets paid, then come home to what you couldn't afford.

Seven of us made it in two weeks of spare time. It placed #1 in Creativity and #1 in Story out of 40 entries.

Then streamers and YouTubers picked it up, Patrick Santos and Kristian PH among them. Videos of it have passed 3.9 million views, and the itch.io page has passed 100,000 plays.

The part that got us most: over 2,300 players left a message for the breadwinners in their own lives at the end of the game, and a lot of people said it felt like their own family.

Don't expect the "save Mass Effect" effort to prosper. EA does not sell intellectual properties so easily. Simply put, no more BioWare, no more scrapped Mass Effect game. Are you hoping some company would make a huge offer to EA to keep the scrapped ME game alive?
