So I just got my focalink ocarina today and while unboxing it I noticed this little tool (it was in the same baggie as a little cloth). I assumed it was to clean the inside of the instrument (like what you get for recorders, saxophones, clarinets, etc), but that doesn't seem to be it as it can't fit into the instrument at any point. It has two part which come apart and can freely rotate when assembled. Any idea as to what it is? (The instructional booklet provided is of no help.

Its been a week since my first ocarina, I think im improving quickly (I do spend a couple hours a day), so I wanted to share my progress. Sharing Lugia’s Song, aside from the first low B and maybe the high D which came out a bit flat and not as clean, what is some advice to keep improving overall? I want to try and adding vibrato but not quite sure how to tackle that, what other things should I try out? Or is it too soon still?

So far this is the longest one I played for Ocatober. The theme for day 27 is origin.
