Application & Interview Help Adult to Neonatal Nurse
hi! I am a third year adult nurse and I have just been invited for a neonatal nurse interview I had a critical care placement with probably half a spoke day with the neonatal team and I was completely enthralled with the speciality. I did a lot of reading about the speciality and applied with a lot of hope and I’m quite fortunate to be invited for an interview but I have no idea where to start preparation, it’s a NQN role so I’m assuming they don’t have massive expectations. All I know so far is that, there’s going to be a maths assessment ( I’m hoping it’s safe medicate math and not regular math lol ). Just asking for any advice on how to prepare for this interview, any advice on articles/ professional issues in neonatology or types of questions I can expect. Thanks
