Canada Nursing error

New grad here, I accidentally gave 3mg of warfarin, which was the previous dose before dr changed it to 1mg due to recent INR result. I called the charge, and the on call who order a STAT INR, and to hold dosage for tomorrow and I informed POA which there was no concern, monitored resident and vitals no concern, completed incident report. I am worried

It sounds like you followed proper protocol and if there's no harm to the patient you should be fine. Did the new dose go in after you pulled the drug?
