Seeking Advice Help needed - brain fog experienced

Hi all,

In the past year since leaving school I have experienced much more brain fog and often find myself struggling for words in conversations as if my brain can’t process as fast as it used to.

I also have some brain fog occasionally where I forget what I was in the middle of doing (or about to)

Any help is appreciated but I’m looking for a longer term fix rather than something just temporary.

Could just be your brain adjusting to not having the constant structure of school. When I finished college it took me months before I felt like my thoughts weren't stuck in molasses. Maybe try picking up something that forces you to think on your feet, like a competitive game or learning an instrument

Agreed I think learning something new would be a good idea.

I work full time in corporate but it’s not as interactive as school was. I finished school 2 years ago now.

how's your sleep been since leaving school? a lot of people dont realize their schedule went haywire after that kind of transition and poor sleep compounds into exactly the symptoms you're describing. worth tracking that first imo

For me for some reason q10 is very good. But when i was 20 i had no issues and now at 30 i'm tired. For young people shouldn't be shortage.
