I don’t know why Fanatics has the entire sports merchandise industry cornered. They consistently sell and produce crap and keep getting away with it. ZERO quality control. The brands that sell them blanks should be worried about how it makes them look. If you ordered this too, return it, and call fanatics, get through the AI barrier and speak to a human being, and tell them that this product is not what was advertised and is a mish mosh of two different badges and that you’d like the complaint escalated to a superior. It’s been a couple of days since I called Fanatics and I haven’t heard back from them about my complaint but they should know how terrible they are. END RANT 🎤

Hate to stick up for Fanatics and love 47 brand. However, just because it’s not on the 47 site doesn’t mean anything. I walk into Rally House and see tons of 47 merch for my university, yet on the 47 site they have two items listed for that college.

That’s most likely true, it’s just frustrating because the NYCFC hats on 47’s website have the correct badge and look like real pictures of the hat but they don’t have navy. The picture of the navy hat on fanatics looks computer generated.

Interestingly enough, I emailed 47 about this today and at the moment they took down their NYCFC page temporarily.

When did you get this? I’ve been looking for an NYCFC 47 cleanup for ages and haven’t found one. If you’re that upset with this hat I’d even buy it from you if you’re local

I already returned it. It’s got the border from the new badge and the monogram from the old badge, so I really wouldn’t recommend buying it until it’s sorted out. They are selling it on mlsstore.com or fanatics, but I reached out directly to 47 brand today and they replied that they are aware of the issue. I then asked if there was a timeline on it being corrected and haven’t heard back yet. It’s such a shame ‘cause this hat would tick every box for me but I can’t wear something that is incorrect

47 brand got back to me and said that while they are “sold out” now, (let’s be honest they took it down cuz they fucked up) a corrected version will come back eventually.
