I like San Jose State University. 🩵💛

UTEP and UNLV were on byes, so no movement

New Mexico beat NDSU and proved they are the team to beat this year, while NDSU had a good showing in this game for the most part but had a poor rushing performance and lost the turnover margin.

Air Force had to drop after their performance this weekend. They had several turnovers and really struggled against what was a really bad Wyoming offense that had struggled to do much all year.

Wyoming moves up after beating what appeared to be a good Air Force team, and maybe they've turned the corner to become a real contender with only having 1 lose in conference play so far.

Nevada moves up after beating a faltering San Jose State team. This was the best performance from Nevada since week 1 and leaves them a chance to still make it into a bowl game this year.

San Jose State seems to be pulling a reverse Wyoming. Started the season fairly promising, but now looks to backsliding down the standings and will be lucky to get to a bowl game with their only easy game left being against NIU. Stayed put since they could still make a bowl.

Hawaii's offense finally came alive, against arguably the worst team in the conference, but still something resembling what we thought they would be in the preseason. UTEP and Sacramento State should be easy wins for them, but it's unlikely they will be able to beat NDSU to get them to bowl eligibility. Moved up to Feisty Underdog.

NIU continues to struggle and will keep looking forward to 11/28, their game against UTEP and their best chance to get a win this season.

Next stop should be high school football or retirement. Some guys just don't know when to quit....THAT'S WHY HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Why does this guy have a FBS Division 1 Job?

SJSU....When is Enough is Enough?

Introducing Wouie the Wolfpack

No byes this week. Almost no changes this week as well.

NDSU and Nevada played a good game until late when NDSU pulled away, but it looks like its just a matter of time before Nevada upsets someone ranked above them. NDSU felt a bit sluggish in this game, and will need to find their early season form if they hope to beat New Mexico next week.

Wyoming handled NIU pretty comfortably and look to be eyeing a bowl game. NIU continues to struggle to find much of anything, and playing Hawaii might help them find some answers.

Air Force beating UNLV completes the conference contenders ring of defeat (UNLV > NDSU > Air Force > UNLV), both now have one loss in conference to a respectable team but still look a cut above most of the rest.

San Jose State got back on track with a win over UTEP, which continues to look dreadful, and are the only team making any movement this week as a bowl game is still possible for them.

Finally New Mexico beat a Hawaii team that showed a little bit of a pulse. I'm not sure if it was just the craziness of last Saturday, the long flight, or being caught looking ahead to their game against NDSU; but New Mexico came out flat and really struggled against Hawaii for the first half. Fortunately for them, they came to life in the second and soundly won that half of the game to get the win.

8k+ in attendance? This has gotta be the lowest attended game UTEP has ever had in a long time!
