FINISHED Update
Not sure if anyone remembers the 1947 Fleetmaster i posted a little bit ago. I was looking for someone to build it and all that as ik nothing about any of this lol. I was THANKFULLY able to find someone who got it done in 4 DAYS!!
Unfortunately it was a very busy day so it was sliding around in the display case a lot so the side mirrors came off but im sure we can fix it.
Backstory: My bfs grandfather owned this car and he never let anyone BUT my bf drive it. His grandfather passed away a couple months ago and its his first bday without him. He meant a lot to him and he really shaped who my bf is today, wonderful person. He had mentioned how much this car means to him maybe twice, so i knew this was the perfect gift. He quite literally cried receiving the gift, and he never really cries. Im so glad things worked out and im very grateful for the man that built it for me he is GREAT!!!π«Άπ»

So stoked that you got this to happen. A true miracle! If you cant get the original builder to reattach the mirror, consider using Canopy Glue. Its a white glue that dries clear and is quite strong. Apply with a toothpick let it start tacking up, then attach. You can remove excess by rubbing it off with the edge of a toothpick and its water wash

Really glad you were able to find someone who was able to meet your timeline and do a really good job with the build. Happy it worked out, and props to whomever got this done for them!
