Nope. You can absolutely sustain all this if you just have Haas claws+1 more lifesteal items and fighter emblem would be overkill, from the looks of it this Obsidia didn't even fighter emblem. It's late game and she has 18k gold yet she didn't sell her boots for a wind/rgm.
