I’m trying to find measurements from the bellhousing to engine mounting surface to the center of the shifter box for the W56, and W58 RWD transmissions. I’m trying to figure out which one would work best for my swap into a non Toyota truck behind an ‘83 22r. If anyone happens to be a guru on these transmissions, I would love to bend your ear a bit, but if I could just get some measurements it would at least point me in the direction I need to go.
For reference, I am pulling out a ‘95 World Class T5 and would like to be as close as possible to those measurements so I can minimize cutting of the tunnel and center console. The T5 is right at 18” from center of shifter to end of bellhousing.
TIA

Good O reliable… she needs some paint but doesn’t keep me for mobbin her Might be switching to some GMC steelies anyone have thoughts on getting the front hubs shaved? So they fit I really don’t wanna make the center on the wheels wider even tho that might be the easier route

For those of you with a B2200 that have swapped a steering wheel with stereo controls, how’d it go and what wheels did you go with? I’m currently considering either an RX8 or Mazda 6 in mine but in a perfect world, no airbag and no cruise control settings…

Anyone interested in this gem? Runs and drives alright. In the phoenix az area. Might trade for other cool stuff!
Dm for more details
edit: its an arizona truck, no rust (surface rust only), no major body damage, no bondo, 132k miles, daily driver, paints rough obviously (PO rattle canned it cause he said someone tagged it, i stripped it to see if i could find any bondo)

As ya can see the interior is pretty much original in the blazer. Plan on staining the sub enclosure to match the steering wheel. I want to build a center console. Do I try to mimic the original lines of the factory or should I add some curves to it? Just looking for ideas

This is my budget build I know it's not perfect, and I have a lot of work to do still but all in I'm at $2000 so far. I have always wanted a mini truck it's been a fun year of owning this thing and she's worked hard. I'm building racks for the side right now. Then I want to paint the wheels or possibly powder coat them next but I need to burn off some of that rubber first before I go and get a new set of tires.

Custom 9:1 compression wiseco pistons for my 8v sohc 4g64 Mighty Max. It's finally happening. I got the cars front end, suspension, brakes, and interior sorted this spring for it to immediately spin a bearing.
The build plan is...
Got a lot to fabricate for this but I can FINALLY get started!
