Mini PC for streaming

Looking to get a mini PC for behind my TV. Any recommendations for this. Very new to this kind of set up. Trying to learn to build the set up

just about any minipc can do that. I am still using an old beelink N100 (S12Pro) that I got for $170 new. It can do 4k no problem, run plex, sonarr, etc. It's not snappy for desktop use but its passable. Faster than most TV UI.

I have another S12 that runs 8 4k POE cameras with blueiris running the ai human detection, it can handle it with about 70% cpu usage. All cameras are recording at all times.
