Hi all, recently got a eunos roadster spec V, running it up to temperature and the gauge would only go up to here, fan turns on and off and the heaters are bloody brilliant, anyway I replaced the sender unit as I was told they are quite common to fail, after replacing it my gauge now doesn’t work Atall, any ideas? I tried putting the old one in and it’s still not working, getting stumped with it now and tempted to just whack an aftermarket one in but would rather not

Hi guys i recently supercharged my nb miata and need to take it to get tuned up in LA its close to 200 miles but i am debating wether to dolly it or rent a flatbed? Also would i have to take the driveshaft off if i decide to dolly?

Driving a 2024 GT 6MT and have the Goodwin racing super Q TT and while I like it when messing around, it’s very boomy right around the rpm range I do normal driving in. I’ve played with various baffles and got to be less boomy but it also kills the higher rpm fun noises. I was hoping to see an AWE option but at this point, I don’t expect anything from them anytime soon.

I’m considering the Goodwin SSTT but Goodwin says themselves the Super Q should be quieter and I don’t have an issue with the volume level of the SQTT, only the boominess. I do struggle to believe the SQTT is only 15 percent louder than stock.

Has anyone run both the SQTT and SSTT and have a strong opinion on which they prefer? Or a third option that doesn’t have the boominess of the SQTT when just going around town? I don’t mind loudness as long as there is character. The SQTT doesn’t have any character in my opinion at low rpms to go with with the loudness.

First Miata! Currently daily driving a first gen Raptor which is arguably the most comfortable vehicle I’ve owned. Previously have had mustangs, c5z, cts v, and an s2000. This feels every bit as fun as the s2000 but for 1/3 the price!? PO had it set for autox, meister coilovers, 2.5 swap with cams, 245 square 200tw with big camber and wilwood front brakes - it’s STIFF. I have a Cobra Nogaro lying around and ordered PCI brackets. Probably still not enough to make it really comfy but hopefully a step in the right direction. Drawbacks is it’s a 5 speed open diff so I’d like to swap in a 6 speed and LSD at some point but just enjoying it for now. With these tires an LSD is kinda pointless anyways lol. Happy to finally join the club - every car guy should own one at some point!

Ok I’m back, and I’m really stumped now, I got 2 out of 4 bolts on the harmonic balancer off but the other two just won’t cooperate and even with leverage from a breaker bar, the balancer keeps spinning. I have an automatic so I can’t do the 5th gear method, and my impact won’t reach because of the front swap bar and I’d rather not have to remove it. Advice? I even tried to put the belt back on and tighten it but no luck.

After putting 30k miles on a miata i paid 3k for with replacing nothing but aging rubber and sensors i gotta say i got a steal (brakes etc coming really soon). Taken it on several trips so far tail of the dragon and shit and im in love more than the day i got it. Also have a little learning dent i have to fix but im not looking forward to it.

The throttle position sensor in my ‘94 Miata 1.8 is the four-pin version, but according to the service manual the manual transmission should have a 3-pin sensor? Is this the wrong sensor, and should I use the A/T numbers or M/T numbers for calibrating the new sensor?

So just installed some new 3rd Millennium M800 speakers to my NB and the LH speakers sounds like crap whenever there is any sort of bass. They’re installed correctly, and wired correctly. Am I possibly missing something here or is it shot? RHS sounds good

So im trying to get some nb2 pistons for my build, but they are hard to find currently. Are there any other pistons that fit an nb 1.8 block? Maybe something not mazda and somewhat available?

its a 1992 na miata b package with no rust but the paint isnt very good and there are some dents and yes it a auto bc this is going to be my daily im planning on 6 speed swaping it one day. is there anything i should know about owning a na?(im just so happy to finally have my dream car)

GUYSSSSS 4 days after I got my baby, I was running a few errands and my car got keyed, and I didn't notice until I got home. I always park in the lines and I don't cut people off so I have no clue what could have incited it. Police won't let me file a report even with my GPS time stamps since there are 3 different locations it could have happened at.

I really really don't want to take it to a body shop, but they unfortunately did cut through the clear coat and it is on plastic and not metal so that is causing issues as well. I have some matching paint on the way and a friend with a buffer but that is it at the moment... has this happened to anyone else and outside of paying out the wazoo at a shop, does anyone have any advice?
