Why do people hate Super Collider so much? Like I get it's more of a radio rock release from a typical Thrash / Speed Metal band but all I can say is. Okay buddy, Super Collider really isn't the worst album released ever, hell it's a lot better than an album like St.Anger, it's quite high for being the low point of a band.

Hey metalheads, I figured this would be the best place to post this. I recently had the privilege to interview David Ellefson in support of his Bass Warrior World Tour. Being Irish, it was in support of his Drogheda stop. Regardless, we touch off a bunch of topics, including Megadeth, Countdown to Extinction, Metallica at The Sphere, and more. I appreciate any support. Many thanks 👊🏻

I enjoy countdown yes, but still it was just an easier to listen(for normies) watered down heavy metal release, with less adventurous songwriting. Rust in Peace is the is the pinnacle of melodic (technical) thrash imo.

What are some songs that you guys love but absolutely nobody talks about? And songs that are actually never talked about... don't bring up Good Mourning / Black Friday or Ashes In Your Mouth. AWESOME songs but if you've listened to Megadeth beyond Holy Wars, Peace Sells and Sweating Bullets... you probably already know those.

Do you think Dave and Eddie would've made a great duo for a trad-thrash project? I could imagine Dave being a great rhythm player behind Eddies solos, while mixing in Dave's leads.

Repost

Why did Poison was the cure take zhe nuber 5 spot on Rust in peace, when FIVE magics could have been placed there???

I am a low-high level guitarist. My maximum is solo Seek and destroy

What a solo megadeth Study?

Up there with their best post-2000s work

I saw this post today , and someone commented “now edit it”
😂 I agree

Washington is Next! is genuinely a top 10 Megadeth song. It’s so fucking good

Cheers from Sweden🇸🇪

This is cool! 🤘
