Is it staunchly conservative? Is it friendly? Racist? Clique-y? Welcoming?

I'm thinking of moving there in January.

I'm going to apply at a couple rent subsidized places since I'll just be living on SS at first; hoping to get a light part-time job eventually.

Any information on what places to look at or where to avoid is appreciated. I've been comparing Medina and Ravenna, and I prefer Medina because it's larger.
