First of all, getting into health sci does not mean you will get into med dent or whatever it is that you are trying to do. You still need to put in a lot of effort studying for the MCAT/DAT/OAt/etec and spending time on meaningful extracurriculars. You can accomplish those feats in other programs and at entirely different schools too.
Mac Health sci is insanely competitive. While you may have a 90, 91, 92 or even 100 there is a good chance you will not get in. And that is okay. Try slowly changing your mindset and try researching other programs that don't even have to be in standard sciences that genuinely interest you. Your undergrad does not have that much weight here in Canada.
As for the supplementary application, to do well is to be able to write in an engaging manner that does not stray away from the asked question. Think about what makes a writing piece engaging to YOU. What makes you stop reading someone elses writing? is it because they keep using the same word over and over again? Is it because their writing is plain? Is it because theyre showing achievements down your throat?
