Anyone else think this was going to be a manga release? Guess I’ll collect the other Viz Horror Picture Books lol

I've been collecting for little over a year and I just hit a milestone of 206 volumes. All started because I couldn't wait for JJK season 3 :P

I can't wait to open it!😊

For those unfamiliar, this is an official Japanese-exclusive collectible released in 2015 by Shueisha featuring full-size reproductions of Masashi Kishimoto's original handwritten manuscript pages from Naruto's very first chapter, along with a serialized certificate of authenticity.

Naruto history. Such a cool piece. Never leaving my collection!💎

A link to an unboxing video of it in the comments below for those interested.👍

I had to put quite a lot of them to storage, i.e. my mother‘s place(divorced parents I live with my father…) since I I pick up the sense of reading shelf no longer only for manga.

Tiny KALLAX I had to double stack to make use more of the space.

Oh How I pray to find a high paying job to move out again🙌
I still have to finish that 6 month unpaid internship:/

Got some stuff autographed so wanted to redo the shelf’s

Signed by the man himself. this is definitely one of my grails. it feels so unreal to own this. it got a film by MADHOUSE, however it doesn't do it any justice. the films pacing isn't great at all. i really recommend reading it, although the film itself is visually amazing. that being said, READ IT, BABY!

found aot at hpb!

Got some book stands to showcase some of my favorite volumes.

Accumulated this over the past year mostly just from thrifting and gifts.

So, I decided to sort my stuff alphabetically as much as I could and it came out great. The topmost shelves ended up being too short for books on their normal side, so for those, I decided to put books I recently bought and will read soon on them, then after I read those, they'll go on the normal shelves.

Scheduled to release in August 2027

Some great pickups this month. Recommend Grim Night Tales to anyone looking for some different and lesser known horror manga - each volume is series of short stories based on supposed hauntings, curses and other strange incidents from across Japan.

Posted my collection about a year ago. Added some series that people recommended, moved and sold off some stuff as well. I thinks it’s filled out nicely.
