I bought a face wash from boots that arrived with an overpowering mould smell, the product must have spoiled. So I emailed them for a refund.

They have an auto responder that says "if this email didn't solve your issue respond with this info". I've replied to that email, followed up, tried again with a new initial email, etc. I haven't gotten a single reply from Boots and it's been weeks! At this point I'll have to do a chargeback.

I'm really shocked that such a huge company is doing this, has anyone else had this experience?

base went first. concealer gone into my under eyes by the speeches, redid it twice.

got the photographers gallery back and went through the late ones, gone midnight, everyone sweaty from dancing, half the bridal party barefoot. my lip is just. still there. same shade it started, not one touch up, never opened the spare i packed.

only thing id done different was prep my lips that morning. is it the prep that holds a colour that long or just the formula? cant tell​
