New .pkg icon

I don't know, in my opinion it looks bad, mainly on a white background. What's the deal with whitening out icons lately? 😭

EDIT: I arrived to point out a poor UI/UX design, I am staying for the “It reminds me of…” by the community lmao

The old one was a stick of butter. The new one reads better to me, at least.

I'll never understand why technology companies can't just leave well enough alone. They changed the Music icon as well from red to white. Guess their software folks just sit in a room and change it just so they can justify their job.

I was so happy when Dye left Apple as I thought jt would mean the insane plunge in UI & UX would stop, but I was wrong.

Sadly the plunge is continuing. Apple music icon white a white squickcle with a black glyph, this shit, the oversized elements in all of MacOS…

I downgraded to Sequoia, and while the pre-Tahoe UI’s are still a bunch better, this is at least good enough.
