As a ranked Flyweight, how many fights do you think it'll take for you to be next in line for a title fight?

Were you contacted by the UFC regarding the latest TUF season and the winner getting a title fight? What are your thoughts on that idea? Excited? Ready for it? Were you disappointed or a bit shocked or confused by it?

Heard any rumors of them setting up a UFC event in Hawaii any time soon? MMA is surely big in Hawaii. With Holloway nearing a title shot, BJ Penn coming back, yourself, and so many other fighters that are from, live in, or train out of Hawaii, the event would probably be huge.

No and I didn't really care but I think it's a bad idea for whoever fights Dj because they're probably gonna get beat up, but it makes sense to introduce a star into the division because flyweight needs it
I'm a perfect fighter the goat, no need to improve anything lol

I did karate when I was younger, and I have one of the best coaches in Hawaii, Charles Kipilii working on my striking now, it started with boxing but has evolved into some a mix of pretty much everything

As for my question, what made you interested in MMA? It feels like these days parents are really afraid of encouraging their children to take martial arts/MMA classes due to all the negative spotlight it gets on the news. Not to mention that in US the zero tolerance policy generally encourages kid to avoid contact at all costs meaning that self defense is not as valuable. Any comments on that?

How much do you normally have to cut for your fights? You're listed at 5'9 which has to be one of the tallest Flyweights in the UFC I'd image. Everyone else is like 5'3-5'5.

Not very much I only dehydrate about 6 pounds which is pretty easy I've got it down fairly well and it's pretty comfortable now
