Some background on my account: I made a new account on league 2 weeks ago, I am a Tristana main and I wanted a backup with the Skin, so soon as I made the account level 1 I bought the signature Caps bundle, I then hand leveled this account to level 30 playing draft games (trying new champions and different roles) and also playing arams

I then managed to hit level 30 and played ranked games. So I invested a lot of time and money into this account. Soon as I hit level 30, I played ranked games. A few games after playing ranked, riot support hits me a permeant ban message for cheating/hacking, I haven't cheated/hacked and my games are proof of that.. I also have my main account for 10+ years that had no issues. The only platform I use is Blitz.gg .

The ban message as shown above was "an automated review detected that you used unauthorized third party tools to interact with riots games or services"

Now after the "manual" review, they say it is for "Abusive behaviour in direct messages"

So now they are changing the reasons for my ban yet I have done neither of these things.. I haven't even got banned or warned once on this account or any other account for "Abusive behaviour in direct messages" or anything related to cheating.

If a manual review was to take place I am 100% for certain they will find I have not SAID anything abusive in DMs nor have I hacked/cheated.

I also see there is another case similar to mine from yesterday that was overturned after 9 tickets..

This doesn't make sense to me at all and I am not sure how to get an actual human to take a look at my case.

I don't want special treatment I just want an actual human to look at my Case and give me a fair case. This is a new account, and I already invested a lot of money into it.

EDIT: I JUST LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND I CAN ACCESS IT AGAIN! NO EXPLANATION, NO NOTHING. THE BAN WAS LIFTED OUT OF NOWHERE!

FOR ANYONE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM:
Try to get as much attention as possible, and don't give up on sending tickets. I sent around 8 or 9 tickets, and on my last one, I finally received a different response:

Thank you for reaching out to us.  
We'll need a little time to look into your case thoroughly.
As soon as we find out more, we'll let you know in this ticket.
For now, I'm setting the status to “On Hold.” Please don't bump this ticket.

This was the response I received on my 8th or 9th ticket. So keep fighting for yourself and don't give up! Also, don't let the negative people in the comments get to you. If you genuinely never cheated, keep pushing for a proper review of your case. Don't lose hope! STAY SAFE, AND THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED ME AND SHOWED KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING! I genuinely appreciate all the positive people who took the time to help me. for everyone else, I hope you wake up at 3 AM every night just to go pee. ❤️

I'm honestly at a loss about what to do anymore, so I'm hoping to share my experience here and get some advice from people who might have gone through something similar.

I've had my League of Legends account for approximately 13 years and have spent around $600 on it over that time, not to mention the countless hours, memories, and experiences associated with it.

My account was permanently suspended for what appears to be a cheating or third-party software violation. However, I genuinely maintain that I never cheated or intentionally used unauthorized software to gain an advantage in League of Legends.

I understand that Riot takes cheating seriously, and I'm not asking for special treatment or for the rules to be ignored. All I'm asking for is a fair opportunity to understand what happened and to have confidence that the decision was made correctly.

I've already submitted three support tickets trying to resolve this. Eventually, Riot Support responded with the following:

“This penalty has already been initially flagged and verified with a manual review. This decision is final—the penalty will no longer be reviewed and this ticket will now be automatically closed.”

I find this incredibly frustrating. Riot says the decision has already been manually reviewed, but I still don't feel that my concerns have been adequately addressed. I wanted clarification about what specifically triggered the suspension, whether the evidence was correctly attributed to my account, and whether there was any remaining appeal process.

Instead, I've been told that the case is final and that future tickets will be closed.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I've also been unable to post about my experience in r/LeagueOfLegends and r/RiotGames**.** I wanted to explain my situation, show the response I received, and ask the community whether anyone has experienced something similar or knows of any legitimate options left. Not being able to share my experience in either of those communities has made it even harder to find advice or get some perspective on what happened.

I'm not saying that the moderators of those subreddits are necessarily acting on Riot's behalf, and I don't want to make accusations without evidence. I'm simply explaining that I've been unable to get my story in front of the communities where I thought I might find people who could help.

After 13 years, losing this account is genuinely devastating. The money is one part of it, but the time, memories, and history associated with the account mean much more to me.

I know that nobody here can see Riot's internal evidence, and I'm not expecting everyone to automatically believe my side. I just want a fair explanation and some advice about what I can realistically do next.

My questions are:

• Has anyone successfully appealed a permanent ban after Riot Support said the decision was final?
• Is there any legitimate way to request further escalation or obtain more specific information about the alleged violation?
• Has anyone else had difficulty posting about an account suspension in these subreddits, and if so, were you able to resolve it?
• Is there any point in pursuing this further, or should I accept that there are no remaining options?

I'm sharing this because I genuinely don't know where else to turn. I'm not asking anyone to harass Riot or its employees. I'd simply appreciate constructive advice from people who have experienced something similar.

So I experienced a cheater in my game. Played way too much arm on yasuo then suddenly started dropping 40 bombs on Irelia. Sus. I reported for cheating after I used Tahm W out of vision and he dodged and pre fired abilities AS I CLICKED W. Couple days later I get this “for the rest of one eternity.” Uhm. Well alright then. Drew Levin my goat decided this guy receiving just a perma ban wasn’t enough

To preface, I am risking my own safety by posting this, due to many of my previous posts regarding Red Selivious and the Selivian Faction (explained later)
being taken down in retaliation.

I have recently gone on a highly suspicious detrimental loss streak (losers queue), and believe I finally have an answer for what has caused it. After a recent encounter with one of Red Selivious’ goons (story will be below), and after calling out Red Selivious numerous times, all of which have been censored immediately, I believe that my League of Legends account has been targeted by him and/or his goons due to my gaming accounts being connected to my Reddit.

For those unaware, Red Selivious is the being (identity unknown) who is the leader of the Selivian Faction. The Selivian faction is a cabal from the great lakes region that has been controlling the surrounding media and governments for years. Red Selivious has his tentacles in everyone's pockets, from the rich to even the Chicago Tribune.

STORY: A few weeks ago visiting my cousin in Chicago, this deranged 6’5 white dude dressed in red with dreads down to his ass (like Drexl from True Romance) approached me with a basket of apples and said he’d trade me one for my cubs beach towel. Ignoring him wasn’t working, and he said “HEY MAN I WANT YO TOWEL MAN”. I reluctantly agreed, and he handed me the most disgusting rotten soggy apple. So long to my cubs towel. I’m assuming it was one of Red Selivious’ goons that has been terrorizing the city for the last decade or so. So long to my cubs towel. I’ve been noticing Selivian symbolism everywhere recently and I’m starting to get sick of it.

I’ve posted about Red Selivious before, and have been censored every time. Upon returning from my trip, I have gone on a generational loss streak, inhabited by what I only believe to be Selivian bots/goons duoing in my bot lane.

It all began with a game in which my Rengar top, claimed he thought he was jungle, and proceeded to power int. I was immediately suspicious, because that’s an excuse hardly ever used. Since then, every single one of my games since has been plagued by Selivian symbolism and despair (Op.gg linked below).

I believe that by posting this, and garnering some attention towards the Selivian issue will take some heat off of my account, ending my time in losers queue.

EDIT: I have since posted this very post in r/leagueoflegends as well as r/LeagueUnfiltered in which my posts have instantly been censored and deleted, just like they have been in r/chicago. The speed at which this has been done, as well as communities which claim to be "unfiltered" removing my posts, points to one thing and one thing only. Selivian censorship.

Please let me know if you have had a similar run-in with Red Selivious, followed by losers queue.

Poppy on classic hasnt been treating me too well. I seem to always lose lane early on because of lack of damage, high cooldown on Q and mana issues. Trinity start wasnt doing it for me. Had an enemy ashe support insufferably complaining the rest of the game about my nocturne cheating and ulting where he didn't have vision. Faylight vision is surprisingly generous.

Ultimate Aura Taric would be building 6 aura items and going Rally. But u need a very long game for that. One thing I find funny about Taric is that his stun description claims to be up to 2 sec long, while it actually lasts 4 seconds :D I go over that in the video. Classic Ryze is probably my favorite scaling champ on classic. He is also one of the champs that I remember being exactly as he is. The ability icons felt really nostalgic to me. A little bit of gameplay continuing my series playing every champ on classic. Do you guys enjoy Ryze?

Ok so I've been playing League Of Legends on and off since 2013 and I never got the Riot Ward until today when I played an ARAM game and asked for the Riot Ward. They gave it to me after the game and I felt so happy. I never thought this day would come. I'm never taking it off now lol. Shoutout to the Riot Employee who gave me the Riot Ward. You're the GOAT!
