In short nira rush niya ko na i send ko na sahod niya kasi OTW na siya sa mindanao at kulang pamasahe niya

My question is gusto ko sana i send ang sahod niya sa katapusan. October 30. Kasi usually ganun naman di ba? Every 15th and 30th of the month ang sahod. context: marami akong nakikita na naka-live sa tiktok na hiring. as an unemployed, i watch for a few minutes and then immediately shoot a message with the intention to be referred.

this certain TA/HR replied asking for my information, without mentioning what company it is (because if i were to know which, i wouldn't have sent my application tbh lol). this one is on me kase hindi muna ako nagtanong but never in my entire life would i know na may gagawa nang ganto.

so when i gave her my information, she contacted me through whatsapp, we hopped on a call and she explained which accounts where available. hindi ko masiyadong nagustuhan yung accounts but i wanted to try since i needed a job na.

she asked if available ako mag-join sa zoom/meet (i forgot which one) yesterday (no specific time) and i said yes, not knowing na gusto niya pala agaran na ko sumali to process the interviews. after ng call namin, minessage niya na ako na i passed the phone screening and the next steps will be: initial interview, assessment, then final interview.

i didn't want to proceed na kase may ginagawa rin ako that time so i'll have to probably spend the rest of the day just to get through the whole process and i wasn't willing to do that. kinukulit niya na ako condescendingly na magjoin na ako sa virtual interview kaya na-off na ako. i blocked her mindlessly. i didn't think too much of it kahit medyo alam kong off din yun, but i just did it cause i didn't want to bother and i would never want to get involved with their company anyway.

after a few minutes, biglang may nag message sakin sa viber ng 'Ate ano yun?'. at first di ko na-catch na siya yun kase iba ibang nicknames gamit niya sa tiktok, whatsapp, and viber. but i checked the number, parehas.

i find her tiktok again to message her and ask about it. tinawanan niya lang ako and dun ko lang na-confirm na yung tatlong contacts ay siya lang din. same way of chatting and similar nickname. after i told her i'm going to post her she blocked me and changed her username.

and now here we are, at around 11 am may tumatawag sa labas ng gate namin asking for my name, shopee delivery daw. first of all, suspended ang shopee account ko so how will i be able to order anything?

may ine-expect akong parcel but not from shopee, from lazada na tag 100 lang because i ordered anything e-sim. my boyfriend went and also thought na yung lazada yun so i did not know why the rider told him na 703 daw. dalawang parcels.

Is it legal for the CEO to withhold the Finance Department’s salaries because the Finance Manager failed to submit the Profit and Loss (P&L) report?

Our payday is every 15th and 30th. The CEO plans to withhold next month’s salaries, affecting both the manager and staff, even though not everyone is responsible for the P&L report.

Can the entire department’s salaries be withheld because of the manager’s failure?

Situation: May overdue kami na 3 months dahil sa cash flow adjustment sa business. Kahapon lang din naisend sa amin yung Statement of Account (SOA). 

The Problem: Yung third-party collection agent, pinapabayaran agad sa amin yung buong ₱73.8k (updating amount) ngayong araw or else reposses.

Our Offer: Nakiusap kami na 2 months amortization muna ang babayaran namin ngayong linggo (around ₱37k-₱44k), tapos ihahabol yung natitira sa susunod na buwan para maipambayad din namin sa rent ng business. 

Agent's Response: Bawal daw ang partial payment. At 'wag na daw kami mag-email sa Security Bank kasi naka-endorse na sa kanila ang account at hindi na raw kami sasagutin ng bangko.

Questions:

1. Pwede po ba kaming mag-deposit nang diretso ng 2 months payment sa Security Bank (via OTC or Online Bills Payment using PN number) kahit naka-endorse na sa agency?

2. Totoo bang hindi na kami pwedeng mag-reach out sa official Customer Care / Collections ng Security Bank?

3. Paano po ba ang tamang pag-handle sa ganitong third-party collectors?

• Location: I live in Las Piñas, but my birth certificate is registered with the LCR in Quezon City.

• PAO Eligibility: On paper, my gross pay exceeds the PAO income limit, so I’m automatically disqualified from PAO.

• Financial Situation: Even though my gross income puts me over the PAO limit, almost nothing is left after paying all my monthly bills and expenses. I genuinely cannot afford standard private lawyer fees for a court petition.

Last month my partner and I received the news that she is pregnant. We notified her employer in hopes that their HR would help us in filing for the SSS Maternity Benefits, currently her employment status is Probationary, her contract ends around May-June 2027 which is also our expected delivery date. The contributions of her SSS are up to date along with the other government mandated benefits so I guess it is safe to assume that there is an Employee-Employer relationship(correct me if I am wrong). After informing her boss of her pregnancy, she was then asked to resign in December but she wanted to complete her contract before leaving their company. Bumili ako ng perfume na 'bottle only' sa kilalang seller sa facebook, and J&T ang agreed way of shipping namin.

I asked na huwag mismong bottle lang ang ibigay niya sa J&T, at lagyan niya ng spare box or anything to protect para hindi ma-damage yung product.

Sinabi niya he secured it with 2-3 layers of bubble wrap but it looks like na yung bubble wrap na 'yon came from J&T mismo (bottle lang talaga binigay niya or idk since wala siyang documentary on how parcel was packed, I judged it lang from the photo.)

After that I've been tracking the order and after 5 days napansin kong stuck siya sa branch na I know pag andun na ma-de-deliver na sakin.

I inquired sa J&T and they said na coordinate with the seller since the parcel can't be delivered due to bad packaging.

Chinat ko si seller, and pina-confirm ko kung totoo. He checked the branch kung saan niya pinadeliver and yun the waybill is marked as "Scrap" na.

The parcel is damaged, tas J&T might refuse the refund daw dahil sa bad packaging.

Seller and I are waiting for the refund and if it gets refused daw he will not give me a refund kasi parehas kaming nawalan?? 😭 like Idk what to say kasi hindi ko naman na-receive yung parcel? Hindi naman ako yung naka-sira?

I find it unfair lang nung sinabi niya yon, and napaisip ako- na ako lang ang mawawalan kasi nasakanya na yung payment ko.

Hindi nga din "ata" ako dapat naghihintay ng refund from J&T.
