Seeking help Does anyone know of a book that helps you learn how to draw that doesn’t require a lot of materials?

Hello,

Basically the title. I’m looking for some sort of book that helps you learn how to draw—as in the fundamentals, and how to actually think like an artist (so much art advice feels like just saying what to do and not actually how to do it)—that DOESN’T require me to buy out an entire art store for the

My end goal is digital art, so buying out an art store and using all these materials honestly doesn’t interest me. I‘m willing to learn by using traditional art, especially because I can’t afford a drawing pad right now, but I just want to use a pencil. Colored pencils are fine too sure, but only for learning color theory. I don’t want to get everything else, but every book I try has a whole shopping list at the front and it’s frustrating.

I was just hoping I could get a book that could actually be of use because I really just have no idea where to start when learning how to draw.

Hey guys👋, just wanted to share some of my drawings that my sister turned into little decorations for her Halloween section in the book store she worked at, I'm also going to do Christmas decorations for her,.but is there any way to make them better tho, I feel like I can do even better, like maybe make the drawings interact with the books and each other ?

Would love any ideas and or feedback. Thanks for reading ☺️
