I've been wanting to get my hair dyed a pretty bright unnatural colour, but everywhere in Launceston seems to only do the classic blonde beach waves. Does anyone know a really good alternative hairdresser in Launceston? I'm happy with small, at home businesses too. I've been trying to get my hair this colour for years and I'm desperate! Thanks ;)
