Question ¿OTP Code not coming in?

This just happened. I had to run three stages last night, and I had just logged in on the same laptop like 72~hours prior. I checked the usual spam/junk folders like happened last time, but this time just nothing was ever received. I tried three or four times before I had to just leave and broadcast with an incorrect stream information from the last party.

I just had the same issue this morning. Tried a few different things and nothing worked yet.

Dude fucking email support is on point. 0200 PST and fixed my issue. Said this ‘just happens’ and that if I could provide an alternate email address at the domains: Gmail, outlook, or proton.

Address I was using was Comcast.net. Had support switch to a Gmail address. OTP came right in. I asked her if I could change the email back at some point, she said yes but no guarantee it won’t happen again at the Comcast domain. No timeline given on OTP/google authentication implementation.

May be network issue

No, my comcast email address just stopped working. It's fine on the gmail address now.
